Traumurlaub in Kuta

Schönes Sauberes Hotel mit guter Lage gleich neben dem Flughafen. Habe mir die Halbpension genommen weil es preislich wirklich in Ordnung war. Zum Restaurant kann man nur sagen einfach leckeres Essen mit viel Auswahl (Es ist A La Carte kein Buffet) Die Zimmer sind sehr Geräumig habe mir auch noch einen Balkon dazugekommen um der Hitze der Sonne etwas zu entfliehen. Das Personal war sehr bemühend den Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich zu machen. War im Oktober zu Gast und es war ziemlich ruhig von den Gästen her man hat immer freie Liegen bekommen. Mein Absoluter Höhepunkt: Die Poolbar. Würde jedes mal wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

We had the half board deal with included a variety of excellent food with exceptional variety and service. The pool was a lovely temperature and there were plenty of sun loungers for all. We will definitely be booking again.

Fabulous resort for families

Location was great. Hotel and surrounds were kept immaculate. Food was great. Staff were exceptional.

The only criticism was that the beds were a bit too firm and pillows were too soft.

Our room was musty and damp. The sheets and duvet, pillows felt damp. Air con doesn’t really dry the room out.

Nice hotel not a great area outside of hotel

Clean and friendly

Thier checkin was slow we also not only got checked in later than we should have but our door in the second bedroom was locked and they had to call maintenece to fix this and took an hour so we were stuck in room like lemons and missed pool time for our one day stay so you pay over $400 a night to be stuck in your room due to thier silly door system.

Perfect if you want to be away from the busy city. Nice and quiet stay.

The room was clean and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was okay, but I felt it could benefit from more variety—particularly more cooked Western options that aren’t vegetarian. That said, the staff at the buffet breakfast were really nice and helpful, which definitely added a positive touch to the mornings.

I was surprised that the room didn’t have a desk or even a chair to sit on, despite having enough space for it. This made it a bit inconvenient, especially when trying to relax or do anything other than lie on the bed.

Down towards the airport and out of the hustle and bustle. Expensive accommodation, we usually stay at the Discovery Kartika Plaza but couldn’t get in this trip and the Holiday Inn was about $800 more expensive. Service from staff around the pool was poor you had to chase them up to get food or drink. Served curdled pina coladas on two occasions.

We liked absolutely everything. The staff is just great. Special thanks to Maikel, it is because of him that we are thinking of returning to this hotel again next year. We would also like to mention Indri from the Envy restaurant. Thanks to all the hotel staff for a wonderful holiday.

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding staff, the customer service was impeccable. At breakfast, there is a small feedback sheet, what more can they do. I had suggested baked beans. The next morning, during breakfast staff approached us and asked “would you like us to bring you baked beans? Now that’s what I call personalised service. WoW

During check-in they forgot to offer us welcome drinks. They resolved this immediately and continued to call the room to ask us if there was anything they could do further. Outstanding. The beach could do with some some lounges.

Amazing trip with memories

We had two families flying from two different countries and the resort organized the airport pick up and drop off for both our families. Super close to the airport and this came in really helpful especially flying with young kids with long flight. Couldn’t wait to just checking asap and get some rest. The villa was amazing. Four large spacious bedrooms, private pool and hot tub, dining room, living room. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the villa. Kids loved jumping into the private pool and splash around in the main pool. The kids club was good. The private butler service was the cherry on the top. Indra and Miko took care of us during our stay. We liked the location too. You can walk along the beach to Lippo Mall (10-15min) and Discovery Mall (20-25min). Close to Water Bomb, Airport, and plenty of restaurants and massage shops near by.

Perfect stay perfect activities for families

The whole complex was full of activities and fun for kids They had ping-pong, swimming pool, toys in the swimming pool, kids club my daughter didn’t want to come out of there, football polo billiard table, foosball game room. The kids were so comfortable there they would ask the nice staff to get them anything they want. They have bikes there you could not have asked for more. My kids really had fun along with us.

Gorgeous resort

Beautiful and peaceful resort at the quiet end of Kuta. Lovely, immaculate gardens. Staff were so friendly. We had every meal there (family of 6) and not one meal disappointed. Kids had fun in the swimming pool and playing soccer the sports coach was awesome. Husband enjoyed catching boat out to waves. Very clean rooms and didn't have the Bali smell like a lot of other resorts we've stayed at. We'll be back next year :)
