The staff were amazing. We stayed In the Villa which comes with its own butler and Indra and Teguh made our holiday fantastic. The Villa had a huge private pool and is enormous. The food at the resort is really good and there are many restaurants to choose from.

Maikel was very polite and friendly with an amazing ability to remember my name even after several days of not seeing me! The food at breakfast as well as food ordered through room service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was huge with fresh food restocked throughout the 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM time slot. The room was clean. Public areas were clean. The staff were friendly and considerate. Beware, however.... The ad photos show a pristine beach. It's not. Lots of garbage. No private beach area. No beach lounge chairs or beach umbrellas. Overall, it's excellent, but more like a three or four star hotel rather than a five star rating.

The staff is extremely attentive and personalize your experience daily. The resort is great for kids. The kids room is wonderful. There are so many kids on the property that your children can make friends and the staff play sports with them. They have activities and kids parties near the pool in the evenings. Recommend with children! Having the children entertained makes the parents vacation stellar as well.

We are very pleased with our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Baruna! The resort itself was beautiful and well maintained. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed days at the pool and all three meals at the hotel’s restaurant. The food, options, and accommodations for food allergies were wonderful. We really enjoyed the outdoor bbq and fire show at Envy. Above all what made our stay memorable was the incredible service. All the staff is attentive and very friendly which is why I would recommend the Holiday Inn Resort Baruna!

Staff friendly and helpful. Good food at restaurant however you can get cheap meals outside of hotel. The hotel hosted weddings on both nights of our stay. It was like we were sleeping at a night club the base was so loud till 10pm. sound testing during the day which meant our 1hr massage at tea spa wasn’t relaxing. Also the grass area was a construction site for set up during one of the days. The bunk bed room was perfect for the 2A and 2k.

The hotel is great it’s better than the pictures Very clean the rooms cleans everyday The buffet breakfast was amazing lots of options western and Indonesian and Indian so there is something for everyone The outstanding people in the hotel is the high light of the hotel everyone is very friendly and helpful the offer the help without even asking even in the buffet breakfast they offer to get you anything The only let down we had dinner at the breakfast restaurant which was very bland in the taste and very small portions for the price we did not enjoy it at all. There are 2 pools, a pool with a pool bar and a kids pool side to side The hotel not offering any entertainment They have kids club we didn’t use, they had table tennis and pool table The hole is only like 5-10 minutes away from airport the street where the hotel is is full of shops cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and massage all walking distance with the same street and close to 2 shopping centres walking distance about 1-2km I really appreciate the people in this hotel for their smile support and willingness to help at any time Out flight arrived early around 10:30am our rooms were ready and we checked in straight as we arrive no extra charges thank you In our last day or flight was late at 7pm they allowed us to check out at 1pm and stay use the pool until 5pm and offered us to take a shower and change at the spa before we leave Our air port transport was offered free by the hotel, we will come

The staff is so nice. They make us feel super welcomed. The checkout time is 11 am but our flight is 11pm. They even gave us a temporary room for free to stay. They also have the complementary taxi pick up and drop off to the airport. The kids love the pool and games. Hotel is super close to waterbom. We also like hotel Envy restaurant and deserts from Palms. Really recommend this hotel.

We were presently surprised with our stay, the room was nice and big, I requested a rollaway bed and the staff delivered a really comfortable bed very quickly. The staff were so efficient. The food was great, we loved the restaurant by the beach, great food, the Sunday night DJ was great. We are a family of 4 from Perth and loved it.
