Breakfast is fairly standard, similar to most Holiday Inn properties. Nothing particularly memorable, and there were occasionally flies spotted in the dining area.
Some front desk employees were friendly and helpful, but others came across as overly bureaucratic and not particularly suited to the hospitality industry. I also observed that certain staff appeared noticeably more attentive and welcoming toward Western guests, while Asian and Indian guests often received a more indifferent attitude. The difference in enthusiasm, smiles, and willingness to engage felt quite apparent at times.
