Excellent stay and value for money.

Excellent choice of stay. Complimentary pick up from airport was prompt, check in was swift and the Duty Manager Ariwan led the way with exemplary service. Breakfast was included and a varied offering was available. The breakfast team many of whom were hospitality students displayed courtesy and were all customer service orientated. The room had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great stay and highly recommend staying at The Holiday Inn Express. See you on our return visit.

Perfect for who need a close place to the airport.

Very close to the airport, 10 to 15 minutes ride whit a taxi. Free breakfast in the morning whit an extreme varieties of food, drinks ans sweets. Free welcome drink on the rooftop bar whit pool. Less than 5 min walking to the closet beach. Located in the heart of Kuta, one of the most touristic areas.

Hidden Gem

We had admired the hotel from afar, and now having stayed there, it is a wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations. The complimentary shuttle is a great bonus. All of the Reception, Guest Services and Dining staff at the hotel were all so Amazing with their warm and considerate hospitality. The reception and dining areas were kept immacutely clean. The rooftop pool vistas were absolutely stunning! There was a nice selection of delicious western and eastern food for breakfast each morning. We loved our room, it was comfortable and had a nice shower with luxury lotions; it was always great to return to a clean and refreshed room (so thank you very much to the house-keeping team). The location is also good, close to Lippo Mall and other businesses. One of the better hotels that we have stayed in. We hope to visit again in the near future. Terima kasih and Selamat tinggal 🙏

Staff was friendly and proactive We spent 4 days and 3 nights here. The first impression was very good for that price point, we had some issues in between our stay but Herry took good care of us and solved everything for us to our full satisfaction. It is very good situated close to the airport and city centre. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay

The staff were absolutely amazing, kind, caring and very professional. The room itself exceeded my expectations, bed and pillows were comfy, it was well equipped and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel with a reasonable price tag.

Baruna is a welcome and strategic location near the Kuta/Legian bustle.

Always treated in a friendly fashion by the staff. Breakfasts are heartening and nicely presented. And the location near the airport is a major advantage for anyone using Bali as a hub to visit othe destinations in eastern Indonesia.

A perfect place to stay close to the airport.

The staff, the location and the breakfast were great. The bed was super comfortable. The free breakfast had lots of options, the happy hour drinks on the rooftop were nice watching the sunset.

The bathroom door that was both the shower and bathroom door was strange.

Clean hotel very closed to the airport, decent breakfast, nice staff

The elevator was very smelly and the bathroom door was also as shower door, causing the floor being constantly wet. The phone for room service was not working and water and food were really, really expensive. Also, we noticed that many reviews were misleading as people were mostly referring to the resort (which is next to this hotel) and the staff pushed the customers to write reviews in front of them. We suspect this being a IHG standard practice and not a staff deliberate choice.

Perfect spot for a pre- or post airport stay.

Efficient check-in; clean and comfortable rooms. Highlight was definitely the rooftop pool - not crowded and plenty of shaded areas to relax and enjoy pool-side food and drinks. The airport shuttle was very convenient for a stress-free trip to the airport nearby.

The room was provided with with spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the room was really dark so I could sleep in. Breakfast was very good the usual cereal eggs toast, Asian food yoghurt etc. What I really appreciated with the hospitality I expected a long day because my flight home was 9 pm. They allowed me to have a late check out at 12 o’clock noon. I then found that my flight had been delayed by four hours so once I returned to the hotel later on that evening after checking out they allowed me to access a room to have a shower went to the airport. I really appreciated that.

All the staff were great, we had really good conversations with them specially during breakfast. However, one staff member who sits in the reception in the night shift needs training as he was a bit impolite and also not prompt. The room service food delivered around 10 pm was average

The staff in reception and bf resturant are professional and helpful. The room was nicely arranged and large, the toilet is clean and shower have good water pressure. Near to beach less than 2 mins walk Near to airport less than 15 mins depending traffic and within walking distance to number of restaurants and bars Generally the area around the hotel is mainly indian cuisin more than indonesian

The street is very dark and quite, not many options of shops or bars or resturants as in kuta beach for example but still good enough for a pleasent stay. The lobby area need to be upgraded in all aspects design and service

Room serviced very late in the day. Water leaking under shower door. Beer prices more expensive than shown on some menu's; they need updating. Area round pool restricts the number of loungers. Rooms could be provided with "housekeeping" guidelines although may not be practical with guests visiting from so many countries.
