Too noisy.

Room clean, large bed, location convenient close to airport, restaurants, small supermarkets etc...., the lady at the reception was friendly and professional.

They gave us the first room right behind the reception, and right in front of the common/breakfast area (which meant we had the noise of the street all night long, although it's not the hotel fault). The main problem was that some guests had some complaints, and were complaining right in front of our room until 12.30am, until I had to come out of my room and ask them to be quiet. Staffs completely inefficient in keeping the hotel quiet late at night, when it's supposed to be their job.... And in the morning, after I greet the staff with a "good morning", the only answer I got was "you check out?". Not that professional in my opinion. The shower drain was blocked, so after 2 showers, the bathroom is flooded with 5cm of soapy water (took about 10min to drain).

It was somewhere to sleep, not far from the airport

Bugs in the room, no bottled water, the shower soaks the whole bathroom area, and the drain isn’t placed well. Breakfast was very poor. Can definitely see someone getting hurt in that. Walls seems to be thin but that could have just been the big Chinese family that booked a couple rooms and thought they owns the hotel.

Great stay.

After flying in and out of Bali we needed a quick stopover close to the airport before and after late-night flights before heading to our main accommodation. For our family of six, this spot was perfect for what we needed. Nothing super fancy but it was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. The breakfast was simple but really good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with four kids in tow. The bed was a little firm, but we found that pretty common across Bali anyway. Super convenient location about a 5-minute drive to the airport and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Easy, stress-free and exactly what we needed for a short stay.

Very disappointed - too expensive for the quality of the hotel

The location, close to the airport.

- the welcome of the staff was not super nice/warm - the ac in the room was set at 14 degrees, it was super cold. I turned it off immediately but it was impossible to put the temperature up again (I could not leave my door open to help). When I came back for the night I then put the ac at 22 - 23 degrees to rise the temperature but it create a lot of humidity in the room. So much humidity that especially the floor and a bit the bed were completely wet! - the temperature of the shower is either really really hot or cold, nothing in between. - in the night you will have some light from outside, and you cannot turn it off. - the noise during the night of others guest woke me up, not very well soundproof.

I didn't like it. It was terrible.

I liked that the airport is not far away, you can easily walk there in 15 minutes. Despite the poor room and its condition, the staff was very friendly.

We were given a room overlooking a parking lot with bikes, and behind the wall was a smoking room and a staff room, both of which were endlessly noisy. The bed linens were questionably fresh, and the bathroom was simply awful. We only stayed one night before our flight, so I tolerated it. As a vacation destination, I highly recommend it.

I wouldn't stay again

It's close to the airport and is obviously cheap so we didn't expect much but we certainly expected more than we got! If you're no frills, and I mean REALLY no frills, then this hotel will be fine for you.

We booked this hotel for a few nights with the main purpose being luggage storage in a locked room while we visited Singapore for a few days. We stayed the night before the flight and the bed was full of stains, it was rock hard and the wet room situation was less than ideal. Our drain wouldn't take the water away so it was full of soapy shower water for a long time after showering. You had to wear shoes all night to use the toilet. There seemed to be tiny larvae or worms or something in the bathroom. On returning after 4 days away, the room hadn't been made up, the bin hadn't been emptied or the towels changed. We expected the room to be cleaned in some shape or form. It made our final night stay really off putting so we checked into another hotel and left early. It's also not accessible as the tiles in lobby get extremely slippery and there's no lift so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue.

Great value for a short term stay

The property is in a great location, opposite shops and walking distance to beaches, art markets and plenty of restaurants. Staff were welcoming and helpful with luggage. The room & bathroom are a great size and have exactly what I needed for a short stay.

There was no lift which meant carrying luggage up 2 flights of stairs, the breakfast was minimal and not worth paying for and I personally did not find the bed comfortable

Location was good, but they gave me a room right on the front. I don’t know why because there was a lot of other empty rooms. It was one big balcony where the people in the next room could walk in front of your room and look through the window. the door wouldn’t open properly. It was scraping along the floor, but the noise was just incredibly loud.

It was conveniently close to the airport and check in stayed open past midnight as our plane was delayed by a few hours. It was clean.

I didn’t like that the AC would not stay on if you left the room, so every time you come into your room it’s hot and takes forever to cool off. It’s an energy saver thing but we were hot the whole time because we were in and out the room so the AC did not have time to cool the room because it has a very weak blow.

Absolutely incredible stay – highly recommend!

Our experience at this accommodation was nothing short of amazing. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and everything worked perfectly – including the Wi-Fi. Erlin, the hostess, was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel right at home. We also hired Iren as our driver to explore Flores, and he was fantastic! His English was excellent, and his knowledge of the area, combined with his thoughtful guidance, truly elevated our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommended!

Not recommended at all..

Staff were just okay, but the room was stinky as hell on arrival, and staff said it was never smelly before. We requested them to clean the toilet as the smell was from the toilet. They tried to clean, however, it was the drain in the toilet which smelled so bad. Couldn't sleep overnight due to the strong smell and ended up getting terrible headaches.

It was room 111 on the ground floor, next to the reception, which was stinky+++. We booked for night only luckily. We ended up getting severe headaches because we were unable to sleep due to the strong, horrible smell from the drain in the toilet. Even the bedsheets were not in great condition, white sheets looked pale. We requested the room change just after we entered the room because the smell was very, very unpleasant, but the staff said this was the last room available. Not sure if that was true.
