Good location

We stayed at Fairfield for one night to be closer to the airport for an early flight the next day. Everything was clean, comfortable and we had a good rest before travelling. 10mins drive away from the airport (at 5am) and a few restaurants around. Definitely recommend.

The improvement in compares to our last stay, the team Ms. Grace - FO leader; Ms. Masmi- Restaurant, Mr. Dewa and Mr. Putra - HK for making the beautiful bed and birthday decorations, it’s very cute and much appreciated. Ms. Masmi from FB- she recognised us and gave us full smile when seeing us, we felts like being back home: thank you and well done 👍

Nice people, decent facilities, not happy about no shuttle to the airport and the lousy bar scene.

As always, the bedding (mattress, pillows, sheets, etc.) was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was pretty good. The staff was wonderful - friendly, kind and helpful.

The worst was that you advertise an airport shuttle online "(Yes, Fairfield by Marriott Bali South Kuta has an airport shuttle to I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport - Bali (DPS))", but it is only available after noon. What about those of us with a morning flight? That seems like false advertising (bait and switch!). Also, we went up to enjoy the Cabana Bar on the 6th floor. We got up there only to learn that if you want to order a drink, they have to go get it from a bar located elsewhere on the facility. It took 30 minutes to get 2 pina coladas, and when we got them, they weren't very good ones at all - mostly foam and very little liquor in them. Also, they turned off the music while we were up there, and when we asked why, they said someone had complained about them playing music - really? in a bar? It wasn't even loud, just light music in the background. Totally ridiculous.

Overall happy with stay

Location is 10mins away from airport. Glad i chose this as traffic is crazy here. I dont hv to leave earlier to beat traffic. Lots of restaurants around the premises. Love NORM.. smoothie bowl. Small pool, not many use it, so it’s kind of private. Staffs ate friendly. There’s complimentary shuttle but.. timing is limited!

Bedsheets stains not changed n room not properly swept. We stayed 6nights. Unable to open curtain as it’s facing another hotel room next door. TV boring channels. Knowing it’s mainly for tourists, should hv Netflix options n more international programs. Buffet breakfast was bare minimum. Make n food not tasty.. like plain/fried rice, fish/chicken dish. One indian vegetarian option which is surprisingly good aloo with naan/prata. Salad n fruits are good. Live station for eggs n packet noodles are good. There’s crossaint, baguette, slice bread which are decent. Jelly nice. Pancakes awesome. Porridge simple n nice too.

Great one-night stay

Everything was fantastic. Friendly staff, great breakfast and clean installations. This was part of our honeymoon trip and they surprised us with a slice of cake to celebrate!

The pictures on booking.com and the facade of the hotel is a big lie. The neighbourhood is dirty. Breakfast was not good, and there were few options. I was charged 180k rupiah for a 5 min ride from the airport The gym is tiny with weights that don't match

The bed was so comfy. Good location, not far from the airport and near shops in the Kuta area.

The gym was way to small and the property couldn't accommodate a last-minute request for a shuttle service.
