Nice renovated room, it’s clean, the staff members are all friendly and helpful. The lobby smells good, it gives a good impression from when you step in. They’ve got a good restaurant/cafe serving yummy food, as well as a bar (but we didn’t get the time to try) It’s also very close to the airport.

The rooms were actually really good, we just got it for the day as we had a late flight out. The location to the airport in the busy season was perfect. The price was excellent and the staff were all so kind and helpful. Only downer, the bathroom drainage was a bit poor, but all in all I will absolutely stay there again

A good budget option, conveniently located for the airport

The location to the airport was super convenient, the infinity pool was beautiful and theres a pool bar just at the pool. Buffet was decent, had a lot to choose from both food and drinks.

The room was good at first sight but upon staying there, we started noticing that the housekeeping staff did not clean the bathroom properly, the sinks was dirty and stained, the shower floor was slimy/ slippery. Bedside tables were not wiped or cleaned. The room constantly stank of cigarettes although it was a no smoking room and my wife and I are non-smokers. The hallway walls there full of water/ damp damage and mouldy. A lot of maintenance need to be done.

The close proximity to the airport was great for me with an early flight. Very close to several restaurants and good night life.

The airport shuttle provided service is nearly twice as expensive as getting a GoJek to get to same location, and generally GoJek drivers are only a couple minutes away making it a better option than using shuttle service.

The staff was amazing! So kind & patient. I asked to move rooms because the room I was first given was in a secluded, dark, hallway far away from the elevator and the halls were quite hot. As a solo woman traveller I prefer well lit, open areas with a lot of visibility for safety purposes. I asked to move rooms to a more well lit area closer to the elevator and the staff let me view another room. They moved me there kindly without raising an eyebrow. They were accommodating at the complimentary breakfast buffet and patiently answered my questions about the best preparation of Indonesian breakfast.

The halls are hot, there were some baby roaches in my room. I’ve been to Southeast Asia so I understand there’s critters and it’s hot but I still don’t love a sweaty hallway and bugs. I had a giant centipede crawl out of hotel toilet in Thailand so it wasn’t the worst.

Door bells on each room and you could hear the door bell from other rooms near you so I keep thinking it was ours plus people pushing door bells and running, no view whatsoever if you opened your curtain it was a concrete wall with 2 air conditioning units and the noise from air vents outside our window. Our room was 208

Incredible value for money

So conveniently near the airport, perfect for our midnight arrival. Walkable to the beach to see planes landing in the distance. Staff were super accommodating, finding us connecting rooms so the inner room with little skylights didn’t feel closed-in. Water dispensers in the corridors.

Noisy facing the front, especially with the live music from the Stark Craft Beer Bar below. The beautiful rooftop pool has tremendous views but was a bit difficult to reach.

Good Price and Location.

Good hotel, great priced, loved the rooftop pool. Staff were great and food was good. The location is in what people now call old Kuta but we find less people and traffic it is more calm and there are plenty of food and bars in the area and near Lippo mall. We were only there 4 nights our flight was at 11.30 pm good to be close to the airport, will different do short stay again.

The bed was a little low and firm mattress. We were on the 2 floor and a weird smell when got out of the lift. The hotel was clean but needs maintenance on small things like screw loose or broken toilet seat, things a cleaner should notice. Don't like that the fridge goes off when you leave the room, drinks don't stay cold.

Large rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Easy access to the airport. Well located near a variety of restaurants.
