Well priced and comfortable rooms in a good location. Excellent pool.

The rooms were nice and the pool was excellent with a great view. I only stayed for one night as we were waiting to meet a friend, but was very well priced and met our needs. Close to lots of bars and restaurants.

The pool had a swim up bar, but was not staffed while I was there, and I wasn't sure if there were set times, or if it just wasnt busy enough.

Not worth it

There was a 24h reception which was nice, we only stayed here because we had a delayed flight. Friendly staff.

The reception looked super nice, but the room was pretty awful. Dirty, damp, moldy, smelly. Just not nice overall.

location...close to shops and restaurants..walking distance to everything

bathroom is a little dated...has very strong stain smell...should have bath mat on the floor and is very very slippery..also a little too dark in there even with lights on. lift or elevator was very small..can only fit 4 skinny people. avoid front room with balcony as is very. noisy every night with music from restaurant right next door.

For the short stay of about 12 hours the hotel is in a good location to airport and food.

The location from the airport is great ,walk within 15 minutes and if you need a car back to the airport the drive is less than 10 minutes

only one elevator was working and although the hotel is not large you needed to wait about 8 minutes for the lift, the bathroom needed some attention, the bidet hose was rusted the shampoo bottle and body wash bottle were to small and labelled with a sticker. the booking information said sat TV but no local TV channels, no TV at all.

We were kept waiting for 30 minutes for our room on check in Other guests played their TV, music & talked all night - the sounds were loud in our room so we could not sleep The driver the hotel arranged to take us to the airport at 4.30am spent 20 minutes trying to find the Bandara (Airport) Hotel down the back streets of Kuta (he eventually showed us his google map directions) - We tried to explain to him we wanted the international airport as we knew he was lost but he took no notice of us as he could not speak any English & ignored my Bahas Indonesian!!! We eventually managed the 5 minute drive to the airport after 30 mins driving around Kuta in the dark

Worth every cent!

Staff: EXCELLENT! Very responsive to my inquiries before our arrival. When We arrived, we met Mr. Kajak at the front desk and even though we arrived past midnight, he was still very cheerful and very helpful. He's very polite and very accommodating. Room: It was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were soft to our liking. The aircon was quiet and we slept soundly. Location: Perfect location in the heart of Kuta. A few minutes walk to the beach and a few steps next to Lippo Mall. Further up the road are Discovery Mall and Waterbom. Easy access to Grab cabs and/or taxis. Price: Worth the price. Cheap but worth every cent.

Slippers in the room for the cold floors will be something nice to have. Other than that, nothing else really.

Beds firm but comfortable and kind staff

The room was so filthy it was foul Floor absolutely covered with crap and the shower filled with scum etc The towels were stained and ripped with holes I only stayed as we arrived at 1am and needed sleep. Lucky it was only one night

Very good bang for your buck.

The hotel has very friendly staff. Considering the cost being so affordable I was not expecting such a great hotel. Modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, simple layout with near new decor ie doors/light/fridge. Clean room. We were provided with new towels for the pool to use.

The safe that was offered was movable therefore we declined it. The day lounges around the pool needed new cushions. Linnen in the bedrooms had old stains.
