The location is nearby to airport. Convenient for travelers. Many restaurants nearby which is easy if you decide to explore. The room is huge so is the toilet. Bed are super comfortable and balcony overlooking the terrace is nice to relax in the evening

Nothing much. Maybe the air conditioning needs regular maintenance as we experienced water leaking from ceiling on the first night. But it was rectified asap by the maintenance team

I have stayed here numerous times and always had a pleasant stay

The 2 bedroom suite on level 2 is noisy it faces the road and the lift bell can be heard and that doesn’t stop. We asked for room move to Executive room at back of Hotel much better and lovey staff helped with that.

the only thing that I'm not satisfied is the long way to the room. you need to take the elevator first and walk for 1 minute to get to my room.

Good location, clean, spacious and elegant rooms.

The hotel is very close to the airport and only a very short taxi ride. We were upgraded to a balcony room which was very spacious and elegantly fit out. The hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants, massage places so one is easily entertained outside. The hotel pool and poolside bar and dining area were nicely presented. We had a very relaxing evening meal and swim there and were happy to enjoy the view.

The pool water looked a little murky. The curtains we not wide enough or properly hung to fully block the daylight. There was no hair conditioner.

It was clean, in house food was good.

Initial check felt un welcome, firstly the check in host was unfriendly, once she informed us we require to leave a bond of $500k local currency in provided her with my debit card Mastercard she returned it claiming credit cards are only accepted to place a bond and then proceeded to let me know the mini bar will be emptied as the bond couldn't be processed, and that she'll be sending a staff member to to do so. Our keys were later issued with a map direction to our rooms WITHOUT AN ESCORT, we were very tired from our earlier trip and with the hotel floor plan being so vast we got lost and it had taken us a while to find our room so much for a 5 star hotel. The hotel facilities were great but unfortunately the service was absolutely crap!

First they gave us room with street view and there is live music 🎵 down in bar every day from 07:00 pm to 10 pm 🕙 and that music was so loud u can’t even rest properly in room 😒

The most enjoyable stay

Had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights. It exceeded expectations. The staff were so friendly. We booked a premier double room which was modern, clean and spacious. The breakfast was extensive, although they could improve on the coffee station as it seemed to always be broken. The rooftop pool was fabulous! And never too busy at all. Beautiful sunset views from here. I will be coming back for sure!

The walk way to the room was very long and you had to exit the building to another. Other than that nothing!

The room was exceptional with lovely bathroom facilities. We made use of the inhouse spa and had an amazing massage. Breakfast was tasty and the rooftop bar was a great spot to have a sundowner.

Awesome hotel with amazing staff

I loved the location in kuta and wanted a nicer hotel for me and my family than the one i usually stay at the breakfast was amazing awesome selection and the staff where amazing the rooms where big and bathrooms where nice i will happily stay here with my family next time we go i think this will be my go to hotel from now on.

Fridge was on the smaller side but we made do its not a real deal breaker

Good value for money and location.

Good value for money. Room service sizes were great. Pool was comfortable with great view of the beach. Close to airport and beach. It’s good a for a night or two if you’re travelling through Kuta or have a flight to catch.

Wouldn’t spend more than two nights, would get a bit boring.

The staff were so friendly and helpful in every way. They always greeted you in the corridor when they went by. The hotel facilities were outstanding. The pool and gym were amazing.

Nice hotel close to the airport

I truly enjoyed my stay at Aryaduta Bali. The breakfast was excellent, very complete with lots of fresh and tasty options. My room was extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful from the beginning. I especially want to congratulate the housekeeping team. They work so hard and did an outstanding job keeping everything spotless every day. Their effort and dedication really stood out and deserve to be recognized. The pool area was also beautiful and relaxing, and the facilities at the hotel were excellent. I also appreciated how the breakfast and pool staff kindly recommended extra services. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and welcoming. It was a lovely experience overall and I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast is good, size of room is good but no balcony. Next to Lippo Mall and there are M Mart not too far away for some snacks and many shops to walk around

The aircon in the bedroom is noisy that i cannot sleep throughout my stay. I did not report this to the staff because i dont want to inconvenience the staff and the idea of moving to a different room is just too much work.

A comfortable and quiet luxury stay with outstanding service at a great price.

The comfort level was extremely high – the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Despite being centrally located, my room facing the courtyard was very quiet. The service throughout the stay was truly five-star. I was particularly impressed by the staff – always attentive, friendly, and professional.

The massage team didn’t speak any English, which made it difficult to communicate and resulted in a less satisfying treatment.

Loud music being played during the day at the pool. Stairway into pool only available by the bar, with a lot of people lounging on the stairs in to the pool drinking, there needs to be another way in! Many rooms are too far from the lift. Why is there not another closer lift for those on the far side?

Excellent location, Super friendly Staff.

Location is very good, next door to Lippo mall, close to discovery mall and beach walk, Beach is within walking distance, Property is clean, staff are super friendly and attentive, our room was the premier room with a balcony, felt very comfortable.

- Lack of lifts to main lobby, our room was located a very long way for the lift only for main lobby. We had to walk a while away to get to and from the room. - Bar Fridge/Mini Fridge in room was not cold at all, did not keep our drinks cold.

Nice Enough

Service was very good and the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. However, sound insulation wasn't good. The swimming pool was on the rooftop, but we didn't use it as it was too warm up there. Needed more shade. The hotel was well located with easy access to all attractions.

can't think of one, maybe just the lack of variety in breakfast and the quality of the bed but the exceptional service of the staff overlooks those tiny issues.
