All was very good. the best part was I was upgraded to a villa without any extra charges. Food (Breakfast) was very good with a lot of varieties, pool very good, Over all villa very good. Room sizes perfect. Bath room need improvement especially the shower panel. this was the only issue. Rest perfect for family and friends. The best part of this property is the location, just 600 meters from the international airport. Also the Indian food and other options available near by the resort.
shower room in villa, with bad or deteriorated shower heads. I had to bath taking the handset shower in my hand. rest every thing was comfortable and good.

The pool area and outside dining are fabulous staff wonderful and right on the beach easy nice walking along the beach easy to enter top part of town and close to airport without the noise
The rooms are in the gardens and the first one we were given was too far away you need to request a room closer to the pool

Good
We were not informed about the wedding happening outside our room until i mentioned it at reception, they then typed out a letter stating a wedding was taking place .Then the guests decided it was ok to eat outside our room and leave half empry meal containers on our steps.

Location
The property is getting very old and dated. Maintenance is very much needed nearly everywhere you look. It’s a real shame. I don’t know how they can ever get back on top of their maintenance schedule??
