Room and facilities were great. Great pool bar. Staff were very helpful.
Rude guests smoking around pool and spitting & blowing nose in the pool. Always check your receipt from the pool bar as I was charged for beers I didn't have.

Pool was clean and not crowded. Buffet breakfast was pretty good.
Substandard cleanliness of the room made me uncomfortable.

The room was clean and the villa was spacious
The staff are too late back , some do not understand English. The room service ware was too long. Customer service needs to be improved . The rooms need renovation. Some taps down’s work , door locks are jammed
