the beds were a little hard, would be nice if they were a bit softer.

An Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service!
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, with convenient proximity to Kuta Mall and other nearby attractions. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was amazing, making the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable.
I would especially like to recognize Hiba, who went above and beyond to ensure that the romantic dinner I booked for my wife was absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail, kindness, and dedication truly made the experience special for us.
I sincerely hope management recognizes how valuable Hiba is to the team. Employees like her make a real difference and leave guests with lasting memories. Thanks to Hiba and the wonderful staff, our stay was truly amazing.
Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable! We would happily stay here again.
The Italian restaurant pasta portions were very very small

The proximity to the airport
The pool is really nice and you’re right next to the sea which is a real treat if you think of this as an airport hotel. Was a bit disappointed to be charged 80,000 rupiah for a glass of milk though, it was just for a baby bottle and you could buy a carton for this price! It was the same price as a small meal.
