I booked this hotel specifically to relax by the beach in Bali after traveling across Asia for several weeks. My main goal was to unwind, enjoy the ocean, and swim in clean water. Unfortunately, I was extremely shocked by the amount of garbage and sewage directly in front of the hotel. The beach conditions are very disturbing and make it impossible to swim safely — especially as we are traveling with a baby and a toddler. Clean beachfront access was the primary reason I chose this property. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I booked 12 nights on a non-refundable rate, expecting a relaxing beachfront stay. Instead, we are now spending our vacation watching and walking through garbage every day. This is not the experience we planned or paid for. The hotel itself is fine, but in my opinion it does not reflect a true 5-star standard. Bathroom wall was glass so each time someone uses the bathroom and night it wakes up babies in the room. The staff have been friendly and polite.
