I did not have a balcony, after 2 stays. The pool was nice but had to track down bar service.

Everything is great at Sulis, the rooms are immaculate and well maintained the staff are so friendly and helpful and the prices for food and accommodation is very reasonable

I prefer to stay here at Sulis for the last couple of days in Bali. I am closeo the airport and do a final shop at Discovery mall nearby. The rooms a big and have a lovely balcony to sit outside. My bed was comfortable but Im not a fan of feather and down pillows. Upstairs dining in the evening with the cool breeze was really pleasant. I was delighted to find their hamburgers were more than average - it was delicous.

The staff here was amazing, especially Nety. She went above and beyond to help us at check in when we had accidentally booked the wrong date. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a place close to the airport and a friendly and welcoming group of people.
