The room itself was very clean and comfortable. However the girls at reception were not helpful at all and seemed to be a bit incompetent. We also had a lot of noise during the night both inside the hotel and from the street. This leading to not much sleep before our early flight.

What a find! Sulis is a fantastic hotel to base yourself at. It has a good breakfast to start the day, next to Lippo and Discovery Mall, lots of shopping and eating options, and a fantastic rooftop pool with a view over Kuta beach. We had a lovely night dip in the pool with the kids and ordered snacks by the pool- it was heavenly. Meals from the restaurant were reasonably priced. The Sulis spa was great - I booked myself into the 2 hour massage and facial session, my daughters in the mini princess 2 hour deal and the 1.5 hour manicure session and they loved being pampered by the staff.

The rooftop resteraunt and pool we're very nice with a view of the ocean. Rooms where spacious clean and modern. It felt like a vacation getaway. I accidentally left one of my bags behind and they had it already tagged and safe for my retrieval when I came back from the airport.

Hotel is a walking distance to a near by beach. Many restaurants ans eatery close by. Bali is a nice place to visit but if you want to do activities is a long distance away. Traffic is so bad and road is like trying to go down alley. Avoid drinking the water unless it is bottle water. Staff at this hotel wonderful and the view from the top was amazing. Pool came in handy for the heat. All in all good hotel to stay at for close shopping and eatery.

We stayed one night as it was close to the airport. I wish we stayed here one more night. It is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, laundry, souvenir shops, the beach, convenience stores, etc. the staff is helpful and polite. The rooftop pool is incredible! They have a restaurant/bar upstairs too. Highly recommend.

I spent one night here whilst transiting between Java and Flores. Woman on reception upon arrival was not particularly friendly. Which I guess is normal for an area saturated by tourism. The Khao San Road story. She tried to give me a ground floor room which I obviously didn't want. Got one upstairs. Said room was spacious and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast here as it wasn't included in the price. Another lady who was on reception when I left was friendlier. The beach is very close by but was covered in rubbish. You'll find all kinds of shops and amenities close by. But I would 100% not stay in this area of Bali again unless doing so to be close to the airport. I was constantly hassled in the street. No one here talks to you just to be friendly (as I'd got used to in Java). I was constantly pressured to take taxis and rent scooters. Offered drugs and women.

I loved everything about this place! It was like living in a palace it felt like. They have a spa that you can get 5 hour treatment. They had a safe and all the amentities you could ask for. Pool up top, Dining there and laundry service.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it is a convenient location, close to the airport and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was in excellent condition, good drainage in the shower, thank goodness! A lot of restaurants in the area, mostly warung. Right across the road from the beach, a 2 minute walk, so very accessible. I would stay here again.

This hotel is very good. Swimmingpool on top, very polite staff and very good fodd. With a location close to the airport it is only a 5-10 min drive there in normal traffic. Rush hour up to 20min drive. All together summary - a very nice and very good hotel! I will come back here!

Everything about the stay was perfect, great room, comfy bed, novelty towels and staff so pleasant and helpful. Roof top pool was great for a daily swim and ate at the restaurant every night. Can’t wait to go back.

Front desk offered no assistance. No money changing, no changing large bills to small bills, no help with spa booking at the hotel, no irons (we went and bought one), whatever we asked, the answer was no, don't have, don't do. Restaurant is good, great view. Pool has amazing view and a lift to avoid stairs, there needs to be some shade in the pool. Housekeeping was lacking. Cleaned room but did not replenish supplies like TP etc. had to leave room to ask good fridge in room, beds are a bit too hard for me. Great location, short walk to the beach.

My second time staying here. I love the clealiness, quietness and the rooftop swimming pool. Everyone is so friendly. I also like the cloae proximity to the airport. Always a good time at Sulis.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, the exterior and corridors need renovation. The stark contrast between the inside and outside was jarring. The breakfast was also horrible . The portions were small, with only one strip of bacon provided. If you wanted more, you had to pay extra. I found it inconvenient that hot water wasn't readily available in the dining area, forcing guests to rely on the staff for refills. On a positive note, the waffles and pancakes were tasty. However, the dining area was poorly stocked, with limited butter, milk, and other essentials. The juice tasted horrible , tasting watered down. Unfortunately, the staff didn't make up for the hotel's shortcomings. They seemed unfriendly, particularly in the dining area during breakfast where it felt like they were doing me a favour by serving me. Overall, I was underwhelmed by my experience and wouldn't return to this hotel.

I have been in the hotel for 18 nights and I have enjoy the hotel very much. lot of space, big bathroom, tv with more then 50 chanels, close to the beach just cross the street, good food, very nice swimmingpool at the roof and close to the shoppingcenter Lippo Mall. Next time I will be back again.
