Close to airport, mall, beach, warungs, shops. Lovely gardens and pool. Decent breakfast although 90,000 IDR for off season simple buffet is not cheap. Good room service food.

Loud live music from 7pm-10pm on Fridays. Awful racket! Noise from adjoining rooms as sound proofing is lacking. Not picking up room service plates promptly. No chairs in room.

I had amazing days, a very pleasant stay at the end of my trip at Palm Beach Hotel

The pool was super nice, the beach very closely. The breakfast was excellent. My room was perfect for my needs.

There was no safe in the room. Other tourists who would not respect curfews, local culture and other guests.

Pool staff, especially Miss Mya, were very friendly. Rooms are dated but have everything you need for a budget stay. Pool area is chill and the lovely beach is 1 minute away.

Bed linen could be updated and the material around the bottom of the bed could do with a little refresh. Although still comfortable.

Surprised at how good it was for the price.

Best value for money hotel for our trip to Bali. Spacious room with usual amenities including kettle and fridge. Good aircon. Nice views of resort and gardens from balcony. Nice pool area with sunbeds etc but unfortunately didn't get to use it. Very close to the airport and Kartika Plaza. Excellent on site restaurant with reasonable prices.

Room where so Weird , bed sheets was not clean , there was amenities available in the room like tooth brush and all . They close the pool at 18:45 .. where the timing was 20:00 didn’t even enjoyed the pool . Bcoz they close it and started cleaning without any notice

A good location and very close to the airport for a quick communte.

It can be a little noisey - can hear everyones door around you opening and closing. Bring a sleep mask if night lights bother you. And dont expect service around the pool.

Great location, pool and staff. Very good value and quiet but close enough to walk into Downtown Kuta. Nice breakfast and beach just across the road.HVe stayed many times and will be back again.

Simply the best

I can tell you, this is my favourite hotel. The breakfast is tasty, the selection of food avaliable not hughe, but more than enough, and tasty. The room os clean, bed is comfy in all type of rooms. This time I had a standard room on the top floor, I just loved it. The wi-fi works well, tv has english, spanish, russian etc. chanels. The balcony big and lovely. The pool perfect. What else should I say? Come and see for yourself!
