Good place to stay as a stepping stone for onward travel.

This is a really good value hotel for a short stay. It's close to the airport and is very comfortable. The treatments in the spa were good and great value.

The restaurant was a little lacking in atmosphere, but that could have been the evening we were there.

The location. The staff are always fantastic, welcoming, love a chat. The restaurant and the food truck are both amazing. Pool is so good, sun deck plus kids pool plus deep bigger pool. On site spa for wonderful massages.

Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

I stayed here for one night and they truly exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the hotel surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake in my room, which was such a sweet gesture that made me feel very special. Check-in was smooth, and Jack was especially helpful, he assisted with my bags and explained the room and facilities clearly. The location is super convenient, surrounded by restaurants and directly opposite a shopping mall with a cinema. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and in the evening the hotel hosted a beautiful fire show with a BBQ dinner available for guests to book. Everything about this place was amazing, and I would definitely recommend it.

Stay at the Hilton nearby. They allow early access and are very lovely staff.

We had booked and paid for a full nights stay and had messaged them that we would only be using the hotel on a day pass for 7 hours from 11:30 am till 6:30 pm as we had a flight home. I was unwell and needed to lie down. When we arrived at the hotel the male manager refused to give us the room until 2pm and advised the front desk staff of his decision. In spite of me being very obviously unwell. We had to wait in the very hot lobby for 3 hours even though there were rooms that had already been cleaned. It was really disappointing and nothing like the wonderful service we received at the nearby Hilton hotel we had stayed at on our way into the country.

Relaxing, comfortable, good value, and would stay again

It was close to the airport which offers transfers included, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, it’s over the road from Lippo Mall - supermarket, shops, pharmacy, restaurants and movies. Close to good restaurants and the pool has the perfect temperature. I also had two spas while at the Vira and they were amazing.

Comfortable and convenient for a short stay before my flight.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Property was close to many restaurants and tourist services. 20-30min walk to Kuta beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided complimentary transfer to my early morning flight the next day, so it was very convenient.

The pillows were too hard and too high. Not sure if there were other alternatives, I didn't call to ask as I got back to the room late at night.

Overall Pleasant

Directly opposite Lippo Mall where live music is at night (nothing crazy but good for chilling), very close to airport, proximity to Kuta Beach, sports bar and other eateries. Within the hotel pool was clean, friendly staff and prompt service can be expected. Hotel has arrangements with private drivers who I think are good for day hires. The place was amply clean but the bathrooms are going to need some mould removal in short term. The room originally assigned to me had a very musky smell and they quickly transferred me to a better room as soon as I alerted them, which was nice of them. Highly commendable spa & masseuse, I highly recommend Dina.

I asked for late check out due to late flight, which incurred an additional charge of $750,000 rupiah. Which I thought was reasonable. However at Checkout another white Australian guy approached the desk after I paid and staff at reception offered him $700,000. His checkout was also for 6pm, same as mine. She was trying to hide it but the chap blurted out the price. Disparity in treatment was very disappointing. I too at that point had spent $$$ on top of accommodation using hotel facilities. I felt judged as well. Don’t get me wrong mostly the staff are polite. Almost every single person needed to know where I was from …. And I felt like I was being put in a box when my passport clearly says where I was born …, in Singapore decades ago … and so were my parents… we are talking World War II, but I believe some just refused to hear what I was saying and made up their own mind as to where I should be from .. and made reference to a place I have not visited and nor has my family in my life. I m sorry but that is not ok…. You are in the tourism business you cannot treat white people different to the rest. I also understand that a few Filipinos have had similar experience to mine. My best advice if you have an unpleasant customer, tell him straight… ( this is not easy I understand) but do not treat everyone else the same.

Wonderful! Definitely coming back.

Beautiful hotel, in a great spot with shops, massage places and close to beach. From the moment I was picked up from the airport till I was dropped off again, their service was impeccable. The room is beautiful and the beds wonderful! Very nice pool. I stayed one night upon arrival and before flying to Lombok and on the way back a full day and night. Breakfast was delicious as well with their fresh bread and homemade jam. It’s close to the airport as well. Across the street is a big mall and an outside food court with lounges and a live band playing every night.

Nice hotel

Great last-minute hotel before my flight. Loved the breakfast and my ground-floor room's access to the gorgeous pool area, restaurant, and lobby. Room had some issues – pretty stuffy and had an odour (staff brought in spray to help, a dehumidifier would've been nice). Also, noisy foot stomping from upstairs late at night; quiet hours might help. Otherwise, drivers and porters were top-notch, and it's close to everything. It’s so close to the airport, the drivers are on time and drive safe.

Overall, our stay at Vira Bali was great and we would definitely visit again.

The staff members were quite pleasant and always made us feel welcome. The food was also very good. Another big plus is the Vira Bali location, which is close to shopping areas, restaurants, beaches, and the airport.

There was a slightly unpleasant musty smell in our room which seemed to have come from the AC.

The staff was very friendly

The breakfast was average, the same food daily with not much varieties. The hotel food isn't very nice, spend almost 1M for dinner but steak was very flat. Pool was not private, sharing with all the guests, even the deck in from of my room were occupied by other guests. Room is being clean daily, no complains there.

To eat the same breakfast menu for 5 days is not very appetizing... was expecting a more private pool area

Old charm boutique hotel in great spot

Beautiful big rooms and nice bathrooms. Went out of their way to accommodate us in a room before our late flight. Pool was quiet and cool, breakfast was lovely! It was booked out but quiet for the middle of Kuta.

Memorable stay, many thanks!

Wonderful hotel! On a busy street but it's an oasis from the hustle and bustle outside. The staff are unfailingly kind and helpful. The room was super comfy and stylish with a great bed and pillows. Lovely pool area to relax and great brekkie. I also had a spa treatment which was fab. Airport pickup and drop off, included in the price, was an added plus. I really enjoyed my stay, many thanks to the staff!

Great near the airport hotel especially if you arrive in the evening

Free airport transfer which is absolutely vital from the airport. You do not want to deal with the taxi Mafia. They're on Whatsapp if you can't see the driver for pick up. Breakfast is good with the egg station and automated coffee machine. Bed was comfortable. No noise. Good shower.
