Great location!

We booked here for the location, convenient and price. Perfect location as it's only 5mins away from the airport and across the road from Lipo Mall with several massages, mini marts within a block or 2 away. Breakfast was a good selection and tasty. The hotel is clean. Our room is also clean. The security men at the front was the friendliest. However, they located us at the front of the lift on the 5th floor with a noisy aircon and the worst hard bed we've ever slept. This was our once in a while quick break from the kids so it was quite disappointing. We're not the type to make a fuss besides we hardly in the room and only there to sleep on the unfortunate hard as a rock bed. We come to Bali approx once a year and like to try out different hotels.

They put us in the room at the front of the lift with noisy aircon and hard as a rock mattress.

Short brake holiday visit

Location close to airport few minutes.

No flexiibility, arrived one day later requested to adjust booking, was declined no reason. So pay for 4 nights stay 3 Safe not functioning requested 2 times to repair or solve nothing happened. Modest breakfast setup

I would not stay here.

The location.

It was filled with ants inside the room. I asked them to clean the room and the floor and side tables were so dusty and had lots of ants as well as the back board on the bed. There was also small spiders in the room and on the pillows. We asked reception to clean it they did not a good job or at least change rooms for us. The room when we checked in looked like it was used previously and not cleaned. The lady at the restaurant was also very rude.

Decent property for an overnight stay

Hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Overall it was a decent place to stay for the night however it is getting a little tired. Breakfast was great but doesn’t start until 7am which is late for travellers with an early flight.

Great hotel with wonderful people! Great location, food was very good, very clean room and comfortable bed. Special thanks to Dewa, Dewi, Dara, Rina, Jesica and all the other personal who did amazing job. Also, ladies at Spa, we enjoyed massage two times. This hotel was the best of 5 hotels we stayed in Bali. We would deffinitely come back and we highly recommend this hotel!

Very very near to Airport..hardly 5-8 minutes.

We booked online almost 1 month prior booking at this hotel. Room #1101, 1106 were allotted us, in that room #1101 is very very small, u don’t have space to even walk comfortable in that room. We reached there at 12 afternoon but they didn’t allott room till 2.10, with family waiting outside hotel in different country is a miserable condition…very bad

Great staff, terrible rooms

Staff were lovely and close to the Jermain beach, good location. Also, the coffees were amazing especially the avocado affogato . Beds were comfortable as we like hard mattresses. Size of the rooms was great. Great pool

Unfortunately all the negative reviews I read were true. The bed was not changed when we arrived there were big horrible stains of different colours. The smell in the room was bad too, as if something was rotting in there. We could not open the windows they were sealed shut.

Amazing stay and location

I love the swimming pool and how tidy the place is including room, bathroom. Also get shisha near the pool area and very helpful staffs. Beach were just 10 min away. Loved the whole stay and would definitely come back

Not family friendly - better for couples

Location was great, and rooms were clean, not too spacious but okay size. We enjoyed the pool despite constant staff surveillance.

We found the service depended on who you got. Some were great and others werent. Many times when we make a request, we caught the staff always complaining to one another and looking our way. Not very family friendly, we stayed with 3 of our boys, ages between 2 - 10yrs and pool time we always had a staff member telling the kids to be quiet. They have no other facilities that cater to kids, so this is the only place the boys could have fun.
