Cannot fault this hotel. Beautiful architecture, friendly attentive staff, fantastic location, clean well stocked rooms. Well cleaned rooms with an evening turn down service. Plenty of filtered water provided. Rooms free of insects. Large, delicious breakfast selection. We stayed with a toddler and a baby and we were well taken care of. When we had to leave, we had to depart super early and we had a choice of what we wanted in our breakfast boxes. Always met with smile from genuine staff, all who spoke very good English. Transfers from airport arranged via the hotel. Generous happy hours with drinks and food available by the pools. I literally can't find a bad word to say or any room for improvement - I was so, so impressed. Would love to stay again.

Wide range of breakfast food.
Great location.
Size of resort just right and can walk to other resorts, restaurants and bars.
When I was checking in at 1:00 am after traveling for a day, I was being offered a %50 discount on the spa amenities which had to be accepted on the spot or there was no discount. At that time I was too exhausted to think about the details of the offer and how it would fit into my itinerary. Give your guest a least a day to consider the offer.

The pool price is ridiculous we stayed at Kempinski and the price for drinks were cheaper

breakfast was excellent so much variety
Staff very attentive
Check in over 2hr wait even though i had pre arrival asked for a early Check In
No tolerance for late checkout even though again pre requested.
On my own initiative i stayed in room for an extra 90 min not an issue,
$$$$
