Lovelyflat for our primary need tosleep after the 24hour journey fromLondon, Amsterdam,and Singapore

We were classically ripped off by the airport-arranged taxi to the premises, as advised by reception. It's less than a mile on the outward journey from the airport. It was by far and away the most expensive 5 minute taxi ride I have ever experienced....$30 Australian....beware, live and learn. Go outside at the airport to arrange a taxi.

Comfy and good location

Very comfortable apartment and loved the plunge pool for cooling off after exploring/shopping. Very close to the airport too.

Only complaint is the lighting in one of the bedrooms and the patio/garden weren't working

Apart from the interruption from the neighbour, it was a nice and good stay.

Convenient location and plenty of eateries around the place. Near the airport and the beach. Also easy to get around Bali from the place.

Neighbour was very noisy. Perhaps the sound proofing can be better done.

Excellent stay in quiet area.

The property was situated in a quiet street with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The Host was excellent and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

We couldn’t find anything to comment on here!

EXCELLENT APARTMENT STAY

This is a lovey 2brm unit owned privately but is inside the Aston Kuta Hotel (which is also lovely and you can use there facilities as well). You had privacy and accommodation was very comfortable. Beds were superb. Cookware for those who wish to cook is all supplied. Plenty of space and great outdoor area with a rather large plunge pool. The location was excellent - away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta but all pretty much within walking distance. Our host - Desak, was a lovely friendly very welcoming lady. They cleaning staff were so lovely and did a great job. I will definitely stay there again.

Great value by the airport

Incredible value for money. We wanted a 1 bedroom apartment close to the airport and this was perfect. Access to the hotel amenities - gym, housekeeping, pool, restaurant etc. Walking distance to food, activities and beach and great place to relax before your flight home.

Only a bar of soap and small shampoo was provided - would have appreciated body wash, conditioner and liquid soap.

I spend time in quite a few properties around in Bali. This is my favorite property. My family were sad to leave. Definitely going to come back. We loved a view from the balcony, staff did their job exceptionally. We don't have anything bad to say about our stay

Spacious and comfortable

The apartment was spacious and well stocked. It had a great balcony with nice garden and distant seaview. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. Nice little restaurants nearby and walking distance to beach, shopping, pharmacy, and groceries. Pool area very nice. Agus and staff very friendly and helpful.

Small maintenance items: patio doors very hard to slide open, cookware showing wear, tub slippery when showering. Maybe weatherstripping to keep the tiny lizards out.

The apartments are suites from the Aston Kuta Hotel that were sold off to another owner and rebranded as Kuta Reef Apartments. You are getting a considerably better rate than the Aston Kuta Hotel for what is exactly the same room. You have access to all the hotels facilities as well. I would recommend reading the Aston Kuta Hotels reviews to get an idea for what the place might be like.

It is not clear how to check in. If you enter Kuta Reef apartments into Google maps it goes to the exact location the apartments are located within the hotel which isn’t helpful. In the end we had to go to the reception of the Aston Kuta Hotel where the receptionist contacted Kuta Reef Apartments for us where someone met us to show us to the apartment and collect payment. Check out was also slightly ambiguous however from the conversation we had with the Aston Kuta Hotel receptionist it sounds like you just leave the key with them.

Excellent apartment, beautiful views and fantastic location

My stay at Kuta Reef was excellent. I travelled for a holiday + work and the apartment had everything I needed for both purposes. The apartment is spacious (loved the full kitchen), clean, has beautiful views of the water and is private as it is situated at the back of the Aston Kuta Hotel in the residences quarter. As it is part of a hotel, I had the comfort and space of an apartment, as well as full hotel services. Being able to order room service at reasonable prices was very convenient! The location of the apartment is also very convenient - mini mart, massages, money changer, restaurants, bars and laundry service are at the hotel's doorstep. Finally, service was fantastic - from the hotel staff, cleaners and the host - everything was so easy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Everything was very nice. My mother who got sick was also taken care of proactively with wheel chairs.

Couldn't not dine in for buffet as it was booked for a group and other area was closed due to rain. Should have backup plan/place as rain must be a phenomena for every other day.

公寓非常干净，有家用大冰箱，炉头，平底锅，餐具，玻璃杯等，配套基本齐全。一房一厅，浴室面积比较大，大阳台联通客厅和卧室，向西，可以望见远处的大海，看落日的好地方，阳台配有晾衣架，客厅和卧室都有电视。因为公寓属于酒店管理，每天都有打扫房间和提供洗浴卫生备品，提供浴巾，方便自行到海滩玩水，酒店有露天泳池，6：00-18:00开放，还有儿童池。员工都很有礼貌，见面都会打招呼，感觉很好。离机场很近，国内航站楼走过来也就十几分钟，旁边很热闹，很多饭店，还有一间大超市和购物中心，便利店也很多。距离库塔海滩也不远，步行可达。

La piscine privée ne fait malheureusement que 70cm de profondeur assez décevant, mais le reste était parfait Le buffet à volonté de viande servi par l’hôtel n’était vraiment pas comme sur leur publicité très peu de choix … Et malheureusement mais cela ne dépendait pas du tout de l’hébergeur, Mangeant au restaurant de l’hôtel Aston Nous avons eu une intoxication alimentaire Mais cela est plus au fait du voyage que au restaurant ils ont était très respectueux et nous on propose le service d’hôpital si nous le souhaitions, Les badge magnétique devait être activé à chaque passage nous avons était bloqué 2 fois dans nos quartiers car l’acces demander ces badge mais ne fonctionner pas correctement
