Nice place

They treated me very well here, even upgraded my room and I had not even asked for it. They really care about the guests. I stayed here 2 times, the hallways were quiet during both of those. It is not that way at all the hotels in this area, but here I didn't notice any problem like that. The staff handle the guests very nicely at this hotel.

A well located hotel with good rooms, a great breakfast and a nice pool.

Were were very happy with our room and the breakfasts were excellent.

Wind noise whistling through our sliding door to the balcony kept us awake,at night. We were also stuck in a lift for a short time. Both issues were reported to the hotel and are being addressed by tge hotel.

Great option close to the airport

Booked a single night here due to the proximity to the airport as we were arriving on a late flight, and so glad we did. Very quick trip from airport to the hotel (about 10 minutes), and a quick and easy check-in was excellent, Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Good food options nearby for a late night feed. Buffet breakfast in the morning was a stand-out - huge selection and great food. While we didn't make use of the pool due to our short stay, it looked very inviting!

Great location

location - close proximity to Beach walk shopping mall, good for last minute dash for shopping before catching the flight. There's free shuttle bus provided by Aston daily at 10am and 4pm which drops passengers at a close by shopping mall. I haven't tried that though. Know that is requires pre booking. Great option to have. Service - great services from staff. Was promptly attended to when unsure of where and how at the breakfast area. General- all basic essentials are met. Supports green environment, no bottled drinks in rooms but easy access to water dispenser. Will return

Gym facilities- cross trainer creaks while I was on it. The treadmill is placed in front of pillar that blocked the nice ocean view. 1 of the air con isn't working. Spa - i gave up looking for it. Was with another hotel guest, also looking for it. Bathroom - at swimming pool area, will be good to have hinges to hang towels or clothes for convenience of getting changed. There isn't any staff at the pool bar, around 11a.m. A couple and I was hoping to order a drink. Unsure if we missed the operating hours.

Luxury at an affordable price

What we got for the price was amazing! Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast (the biggest buffet I’ve ever seen) included in tariff and a free room upgrade on arrival! Our photo is from the balcony of room 550.

Could hear kids running around banging upstairs Room walls are thin and you hear everything Also my neighbours would just leave their door open and be constantly in the hall way. Perfect for a late check in stay over very close to airport

Good air conditioning. Lovely breakfast with plenty of options and good service. Enjoyed being on the ground floor which had a sliding door that opened out into the pool area. We were able to eat our dinner outside on the outdoor table and chairs.

Toilet paper ran out and there was no extra rolls. Shower curtain was a bit old.

Great location and comfortable hotel

The room is clean and tidy. The bed is so comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast has wide varieties. They provide water dispensers instead of bottled water in the room.

The space outside of lift at 5th floor was not well lighted. Please check.

A good start of your vacation

Super close to the airport and the sea. Because I had a late arrival I was so happy to be here quick. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It is a good hotel to start your vacation but I would recommend staying in the area

This was our 4th stay and obviously we love it! Location! In town but edge of madness! 2 blocks from beach. Airport is also close but you wouldn’t know it. Very clean, updated, pool bar, breakfast buffet awesome!

The deluxe rooms are great! Huge and very comfortable beds, icy cold aircon and amazing service from the staff.

The pool bar wasn’t always staffed and it took quite a long time for drinks to come out after being ordered.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and from one of our rooms on the 6th floor we had a fabulous view over the pool area. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with such a wide variety of choices. The pool was fantastic, though we were a little disappointed with the early 6pm closing time. We didn’t get the chance to try the rooftop bar and restaurant, but it looked incredible and is definitely on the list for next time.

For our family of five, we needed to split across two rooms, which were on the same floor but a fair distance apart. It also would have been helpful to have pool towels available in the room, or clearer information that they could be collected at the pool. A choice of both soft and firm pillows would have been great too, as we found the current ones a little too hard. The shopping around the hotel was quite full-on, with very enthusiastic shop owners, which sometimes made it difficult to browse without feeling pressured to buy.

Relaxing day

Comfortable Stay with a Few Surprises

What I really liked was the room—it was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, especially if you’re traveling, as it’s very close to the airport and convenient for getting around. The breakfast had a great variety to choose from, and the pool area was impressively large and well-kept—perfect for relaxing.

one downside was that the room I originally booked didn’t have a window, which wasn’t mentioned during the booking process. That was a bit disappointing. After discussing it with the staff, they were understanding and offered a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which definitely made up for it.

Great location, great breakfast, great staff and the rooms are quite large and very comfortable, as always.

This time, and for the first time, the bedsheets were not ok. Smelled quite humid and made my wife and little daughter itchy the whole night.
