Rooms were good size, bed comfy, breakfast nice.
Too many kids near swim up bar, parents take the swim up bar stools and their kids swim around them.
There is a whole kids swimming area for them. Stayed 6 nights and couldn't get near the swim up bar. Each morning very early had kids screaming running around near room on 3rd level.

The lagoon rooms are fantastic
The rooms were nice and clean
Free minibar topped up daily was nice.
Kids club is good if that is what your kids are into
Good location in busy area
Rooms are a bit run down and so is the resort generallly. It is clean but could do with a refurb. Room size is tad small
Pools and facilities are dated.

The staff were lovely, very attentive, and provided great service throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, being so close to the airport, which made arrivals and departures easy. Security around the resort was excellent, which added to peace of mind during our stay. Overall, the service and convenience were strong highlights.
Unfortunately the room had a strong damp and musty smell and seemed like it needed proper maintenance. Overall it didn’t feel like the Bali experience we were hoping for and felt more like staying on the Gold Coast. It may be better suited to younger families, but it just wasn’t our vibe. We chose to stay here for the proximity to the airport, so it was disappointing that airport transfers were an additional charge when many nearby resorts include this service, and sadly we wouldn’t stay here again.
