Exceptionally good

We are back The resort was great and very close to airport, restaurants and shoppings. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you with your special dietary requirements. I was amazed how knowledgeable staff were about gluten free. They provided my coeliac husband and kids with varieties of delicious foods. I would like to mention the name of the outstanding employees of the restaurants and room services, Mr Marthen, Mr Jaya and Mr Astawan. We all appreciate their hospitality and kindness.

Family friendly hotel that has everything you need!

Perfect for the whole family! The children’s pool was a big hit, we even skipped water bom park as our son loved the slide at the hotel. Amazing coffee!! Better than Aus. Lovely staff, clean rooms, great amenities. A mini mart, multiple restaurants, daily events and activities!

A little musty in the room but it was the wet season so can be expected.

Swimming pool was awesome! Buffet breakfast great, staff super friendly. We had the kids ground floor suite for 2 adults and 3 kids and it’s such a good set up!

Our room was too small, we were in a family room but once the trundle was pulled out there was very little room, nowhere to sit except on the bed

A little disappointing

The family lagoon rooms, were comfortable. The lagoon rooms were convenient and great for the children. Good to swim for adults and kids and a lovely setting with the gardens without too much blistering sun and enough room to sit on your patio to supervise the children. The Italian Cafe was good for coffee and sweets.

The main pool area is very busy between the kids pool and the larger pool. Lots of concrete surrounds, making it very hot and quite a smaller space considering the size of the entry to the hotel and lobby/foyer. Very overwhelming. It was very noisy and quite difficult to eat and drink comfortably with wasps flying around the pool. We found this hotel lacked the Balinese friendliness and joviality etc. The house keeping staff were friendly, however the rest of the staff were quite perfunctory. Breakfast was okay but again staff attention was lacking. No offers of coffee/tea by staff and no coffee/tea bar to serve yourself, however you could go to the Cafe outside the breakfast and buy a coffee. Overall we came for the experience for the kids/family facilities as per the website but found these lacking, games room is by booking and payment, the kids didn't want to watch cartoons at the kids club, and reception staff didn't know there were ps4's in the room when we queried how to use or who we were. Very different experience from other hotels we have had. If your kids are old enough to supervise themselves or you want to drop your kids at kids club and sit around the pool all day then this hotel is for you.

Enjoyable Stay- Look forward to returning 😀

The grounds were kept in a lovely and well maintained condition. The rooms were clean and comfortable and serviced daily. Family friendly with a kids club with plenty of activities for everyone. Close to airport, street markets, beach and shopping centre. Easy accessible, safe, secure and private.

1. Breakfast buffet was a bit busy and chaotic in the mornings. 2. The mattresses on the kids bunk beds very hard, especially for older/bigger kids 3. ALL the public areas to all rooms are tiled and become a slip hazards with kids/adults coming in and out whilst wet.

Great resort for kids. Lots of different restaurants to choose from. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Great for families, kids loved it. We picked it because of the kids swimming area and it was great as you could keep an eye on them.

Kids pool area a little dated and room smelt of mould which affected my breathing. Son and his family had to change rooms as there room had a very strong mould smell, ours not so much if you closed the bathroom door.

Wonderful 10 days with our young family

Lagoon rooms were excellent. Staff were always super helpful and friendly. Great for kids (1 year, 4 years, 6 years). Plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. Pools were very well maintained and supervised. It's great for families but probably not for those looking for relaxation

There is some construction work close to part of the hotel - fortunately it didn't affect our rooms. No easy access to a beach.

Pleasant stay but will not return

Staff were very helpful and provided friendly service especially our housekeeping staff.

Quickly became bored of the buffet being the same each day during our 10 day stay. Likewise with the food options, more or less the same kind. Ventured out 8/10 nights for dinner. Buffet dinners were not suitable option for our family. Kids club area for those under 9yrs old was very busy, unsure if they cap the numbers off but we avoided it after visiting once. Also think receipts should be provided when signing to your room. Overall the price you pay and with a 5 star resort, I expected a lot more.

Family friendly accomodation in the heart of Kuta

Very kid focused and family friendly resort, lots of activities for the kids with fun pool side competitions each day, staff are amazing super friendly and actively engage with the kids to make them feel comfortable, the resort it’s self has everything in house, baby sitters, kids club, multiple restaurants, spa, bars, pool side massages, nail salon, mini mart and gift store. The departure lounge is also very convenient when on a later flight, still providing you access to the resort facilities, showers, toilets and lounge area.

The rooms themselves are very much in need of an update, paint is flaking, tiles are dirty and damaged, drains don’t function properly, air condition lets of a musty smell, ceilings are very low and not a lot of opportunity for natural air flow. The meals on site are expensive, we found ourselves leaving to eat due to the cost of eating in house.

Fantastic resort! Would come back again!

We loved the kids pool and zone, very attentive staff in all the restaurants and bars. Lovely variety of restaurants. The breakfast buffet is over two restaurants, so lots of room for choice and can alternate. Fun vibes with live music and lots of activities. Reasonable food prices for a resort & hotel, with happy hour and themed buffets. If you are traveling as a family or group it’s the perfect hotel.

The rooms can feel slightly dated and tired but they are clean and tidy with enough room for my family. Floors can be a bit slippery as shiny tiles.

Great resort in an excellent location

We have been staying at the Dynasty for the last 15 years and it remains our favourite resorts in Bali. The staff treat you like family. If you have children, their kids club and activities are sure to please kids of all ages. The resort has plenty of kid friendly areas as well as adult only sections for a more relaxing time for adults. With all the restaurants and cafes within the resort, there is no need to leave if you don't want to. However, it is within easy walking distance to many great restaurants nearby and a fast car or bike ride to Legian and Seminyak.
