Convenient hotel

Being able to stay inside the airport and just take a swim before departing is amazing. Rooms are good, the morning buffet was amazing and cheap.

I had to change my dates and I sent more than 5 requests on booking wihtout getting any answer. I had to call the hotel and tell them to change my dates

I was staying 1 night at Novotel Ngurah Rai Airport because I have to catch my international flight the next morning and the hotel is connect to International airport, so the location is the best.

Very clean and comfortable, lovely staff, room service was yum, the pool was enjoyable though very warm, but that’s to be expected in Bali. So convenient to just walk straight into the airport directly from the hotel.

Great staff!

The staff are always so welcoming and often remember us even though our visit is always for a 1 night stay. The room was spotless and the bed comfy. Bingtang at the rooftop bar always provides great service and a friendly chat. If arriving internationally, once outside, walk left past the drivers with signs and you'll then come to a sign to the transit hotel. Follow the signs from there. People are happy to guide you in the right direction too.

Fantastic for transitting. Just a short walk from the terminal. Perfect!

The breakfast was fantastic. So much choice I didn’t know where to look first. Very lovely staff too would stay again in a heartbeat.

Some of the pastries were a bit stale from being sat out too long I think.

It’s was the perfect spot to travel home to Australia, the airport connects right to the hotel to international departures !

The room was a bit too warm for my liking, aircon was a ducted one in the roof so no real airflow came into the room to cool us down.

Comfortable and convenient

It was super convenient as we had to be at the airport at 6am. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. The Hotel has its own entrance to the airport, which was a huge help for navigating so early in the morning. The check out could be done by putting the card into a box at the reception, so there was no hold up.

Joined room, great for families

We had two separate rooms and on arrival we were offered a joined room which was great! It made our stay heaps easier when sharing suitcases and being able to stay together as a family. We were excited to receive some beautiful little treats in our fridge, and bottled water was supplied. I also enjoyed an excellent massage in the day spa, and had the pool to myself for a relaxing afternoon swim. We had dinner at the rooftop bar with a great sunset, game of pool, and delicious food - stacks of options. Friendly staff, so very helpful! It’s about a 30 second walk to international departures, which is connected to the accommodation… you don’t even need to walk outside!

The only thing we didn’t like were the big pillows which made you feel like your neck was being propped up. Bed itself was comfy though:) Tricky to find rooftop bar, some minor directional signage improvements needed.
