Great location, lovely breakfast, wonderfully friendly and accommodating staff, appreciate the echo friendly water refill stations

Some gym equipment is broken. Could hear the mosque from our room floor call to prayer in the morning. Towels smell like bleach. Pillows were a bit hard and flat.

You can survive one night before flight if you are lucky enough to get a room facing inner courtyard

it os really close to the airport and they have a free shuttle bus every hour to the airport. The pool area is nice, but we didn’t have time to use the pool.

We happened to get a room facing the street. Windows didnt catch any noise, so sleeping was possible only with ear plugs. Hotel rooms need some renovation.

Will likely stay again on way back to airport because they’re so nice.

The staff went above and beyond every time we saw them. That’s what really made the difference there. Oh, and the epic red ginger drinks that were so needed after the long flights that they kept generously giving us.

BEST HOTEL EVER!!!

This was one of the BEST Hotels I have ever visited. Every staff member was EXCEPTIONAL. From check in, to the porter, kitchen and breakfast team, cleaners to general staff were polite and helpful. Every part of the hotel was clean and neat. Rooms and facilities were Amazing.

Super convenient location. Nice to have breakfast included and the pool is a bonus.

They had a 2 hour power outage while we were staying - technical fault with the building - which meant the rooms were hot when we went to bed (using phones for light). We were then woken up when power came back on and lights back on. These things can happen but an apology from the staff (or some communication) would have been nice.

I would go there again

It was nice and clean. The staff were nice enough to prepare package meals for us for the morning because our flight was scheduled before the breakfast time. The pool is nice and the area around it is spacious and comfortable

So close to airport, free shuttle , very comfortable room with cold aurcond, so pleasant rest after a long tiring trip, friendly and helpful staffs at main entrance, thank you for an excellent services!

We could not call the hotel by whatsapp number, which is very important, as most of the guess/customers came from overseas, and in need to talk for help, we have to call land line, which would cost huge. Please consider.

of the 3 rooms i booked for my family of 6, the first room had very minimal to non-functioning ac working. Staff was friendly and changed our rooms right away but I did tell the manager to replace/repair that ac since it was very difficult to adjust to.

Great facilities and location with free airport shuttle.pool was great place to wait for a late night departure

I loved the ease of check in, the cleanliness of the rooms, the free airport shuttle and the amazing swimming pool! The staff were all very lovely and helpful.

The bed was a little lumpy but as I didn’t stay overnight it was not a problem. I would have liked to be offered a lesser rate for a transit day room as per other hotels, but it was still quite cheap for the facilities included!

free airport shuttle, great clean rooms, lovely pool, 2 mins from the airport , affordable for a quick short stay

free airport shuttle arrangement was not good - they are not punctual and dont tell you where the meeting point is - we were waiting 1 hour before the shuttle arrived and then too couldnt fit everyone and so some people were left behind. Shuttle service needs to be frequent and on time considering its only 2 mins away from the airport.

What a gem

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. We only booked because we were transferring from Sanur to the airport for our flight home. We most definitely would have stayed a couple of nights had we known how great it is. We had a meal at the Cafe and the parmy and nasi goreng were delicious. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus!

Exception Airport Hotel

Very, very close to the airport - so perfect for a first or last night in Bali. Not a place to base yourself, as it isn't near anything else you'd want to see. I was only there for 12 hours, but I enjoyed the lovely pool and the very nice breakfast buffet. It was nice that they had a spa and gym, but I never got to use these. I would stay here again, if I needed a hotel close to the airport.

Airport shuttle was tough to find and only operated hourly - tough to wait at 1 AM. I ended up taking a Grab (160,000 IDR - about $9), which is actually quite expensive for Bali - but, manageable.

Proximity to international airport WITH scheduled hourly shuttle bus

A small thing - A map of exact shuttle bus collection site would have helped me. I waited an hour at another ‘collection point ‘ and ended up catching a taxi to the Hotel. Departure Shuttle from Hotel was straight forward and convenient by contrast.

Was ok not amazing was expecting more and better service and quality

The breakfast was was outstanding.It was probably the best part and the spa and massage was outstanding

The pool was more like a kids' pool, which was disappointing. The room was also smaller than I expected, and many things looked like they were aging. Additionally, the TV had no way to connect to streaming services or cast from my iPad. The dinner options were not amazing plus the rolmwas not sound proffed so could hear all the comontion around as well

Very disappointing on many fronts

Close to the airport.

The towels in the bathroom and bedding had stains on them. There was a general state of uncleanliness in the bathroom, even after asking housekeeping to address the bathroom. There is a fair amount of noise pollution. The restaurant staff served me a dish with meat in it (I’m a vegetarian) and there were no indications of meat on the menu ans did not seem to appreciate the significance of this. The massage therapist had me in a cold room with very little technical awareness and no spoken English to be able to ask for a different pressure / ask questions.
