the airport transfer

The room's air conditioner leaked all over the floor in my room, I had to put towels down. The mirror in the bathroom was rusty. There was not a hairdryer , the towels provided were awful, grey like what you expect in a prison, frayed. While the room service to order food was good, the communication about payment was not, I was put in an awkward position having to pay with my credit card at the door, the staff just said Cash ? Also in the room there was no pen or paper, and the wifi password was not indicated anywhere , I had to back down two flights of stairs to ask reception because they didn't answer the phone. I won't stay there again.

Budget option close to the airport with free drop off!

I needed a budget place to stay near the airport since my flight wasn't until 9 pm. This was a great option because the staff was so friendly and helpful and they organized my free airport drop off for the time I requested. The driver was on time and airport drop off went perfectly. Would definitely do this again if I had to be near the airport. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay.

Some neighbors were loud but ear plugs helped if noise is an issue.

Not answering to emails, they offer free transfer from the airport but they didn’t answer when I tried to book it. Bathrooms needs some upgrades and a good cleaning.

Good enough

We check-out from our previous villa at 11am, we got to the hotel early before checking in time at 2pm. The staff was able to get the room cleaned at 12pm. I chose this hotel because it was only 5 to 10 minutes from the airport as we were flying out at 11.20pm and also they have complimentary shuttle transfers to the airport.

It was a bit run down but good enough just for a short stay or layover

The location near DPS is great. It's just a 10 minute walk. The pool is good. Restaurant on site. Free Shuttle to airport. We needed a cheap hotel near airport so this suited us for that purpose.

The staff was very responsive

The facility was really weirdly build. The airco vent is build on the corridor where you need to walk to ur room and its dripping water so the corridor is constantly wet. Very early in the morning our Airco wont stop restarting itself and keep beeping loudly which disrupted our sleep. The staff keep trying to fix it. But he cant and we werent even moved to other room. We were supposed to fly out at 13.00 so i was hoping to sleep out a bit. But unfortunately from 5a.m onward the issue wasnt solved and they cant offer us anything other than apology. The location is also in a very narrow road so it isnt very ideal.

Great for transit stays.

Used the room purely for transit, late flight out. Checkin was welcoming and informative. Gave me directions to walk around the area. Nice little pool to relax by. Jermin beach a stroll away and like the old days with leafy shade. Shuttle was on time and efficient in getting me to the airport.

Pillows weren't very good but not sleeping so not an issue. No hair dryer in the room but was supplied on request.

Badly in need of maintenance

Located close to airport. Small hotel, nice pool, and balcony view

Rooms were just "ok"... annoying things like no plug in basin, no hangars in closed, no creamer for coffee..... Tap and shower that constantly dripped, general lack of maintenance. The aircon units were all mounted in a corridor but on an internal wall so the vibration of the 10 or so compressor units gave a constant background hum - or vibration into the room. The condensate water just dripped onto the tiled corridor floor, so it had constant puddles of water.. Maintenance or care - non existent

Super close to airport for easy free transfer. Cheap for a lay over between checking out of main stay hotel and late flight. Several warungs close by. Staff were friendly.

Smell of urine from bathroom throughout the whole room. Had to insist on getting the ground floor pool view I had booked after being given a first floor room then a dark non pool view room on the ground floor. Teaspoon was filthy to the point I didn't bother making a cup of tea in case mugs hadn't been washed properly. Needs a good clean and renovation. Stayed here last year and seems to have deteriorated.

I booked this purely for our last day after checking out of our villa as our flight was after midnight it served its purpose the staff were nice we had clean beds and great aircon so we could relax and have a rest before our flight, yes the bathrooms are very very old and there was a bit of a sewer smell but it was so cheap I couldn’t complain about anything, free transfer to the airport at a time I asked for, I would say it’s great value for money if you want a top notch bathroom pay a top notch price it met our needs and was very cheap

Driver waiting for us at airport with well displayed sign and very welcoming and friendly, First time to bali so did not know what to expect, very welcoming at check in with a welcoming drink, got room overlooking the pool, Room was basic and asolutly fine. botled water suplied in room, as we were only staying one night we ate at the hotel which was really nice and good value as were the drinks. we both enjoyed our breakfast before we headed off to Gili Meno.

We both enjoyed the stay, but the hotel is getting a little tired in places, But for what we paid including an airport transfere and a very good breakfast we were happy.

You Get What You Pay For

We booked a room in Manggar to rest for several hours and shower before having to go to the airport for a late night flight. We chose Manggar because it was close to the airport, it was cheap and they provided a shuttle service. The reception and pool area was very pleasant and the staff members we talked to were polite and helpful. The shower was hot and strong. We found a good selection of restaurants just at the end of the alley.

Although we did not stay overnight, our room was disappointing. The toilet seat was detatched from the pedestal, the basin tap and toilet hose leaked constantly, the balcony rubbish bin lid was broken and the beds felt soft and saggy. Also, the trip from hotel to airport took 30 minutes. Not the hotel's fault, but it negated one of the key reasons we chose Manggar.

Great stop before an airport departure. Close with a gree shuttle, we did not stay the night, just freshed up and showered, perfect for this and close to all the shops and resturants

The property was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle service to the airport we left our bags here during our last day and then had a shower before our flight, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Manggar charged me IDR 1050000 for one night which is much much more then their price. Rooms were very small and old and in bad condition
