For the price and location, Intercontinental was a great place to stay.

Easy to get to from the airport. Nice and close to Jerman beach with loads of local dining options.

Basic and simple room for a good price close to the airport and close to food

Double room right by the pool. Spacious with a simple bathroom set up. Centrally located and perfect location for early departures to the airport. Staff were super friendly.

There were stains on the pillow and head board, and we were eating our dinner by the pool in the evening and has a few long tail friends join us. But that isn't unusual in Sanur.

It’s really close to the airport and very nice to meet other people. Pool is nice and has a warung in front food super cheap and yumi

The room was not amazing clean, lots of spider webs. But the bed was nicely done, comfortable, lots of pillows and he has the basic, even being as hostel was nice to have privacy on my own room.

The room was outdated and needs a renovation, toilet/shower door looked like it was replaced with a random door from somewhere else.

Exceeded expectations

The Villa exceeded our expectations!! Location, cleanness and aesthetic were all 100/10. We had everything we needed in the villa and it was close to multiple cafes in Uluwatu. Highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again when we are in Bali next!

Everything about the hostel - location, staff, room, bathroom, kitchen, pool - was excellent.

The hostel staff let us keep our luggage in the hostel after the checkout. They also took guarantee for and assured us of its safety. There were milk and other basic food items in the kitchen, which had all the appliances and utensils.

Calling the hostel is a bit of an issue as the call rarely gets picked up. It is difficult to reach the hostel on call. If that could be improved, it would be very useful for travelers.

Very basic option for someone on a tight budget.

Room was not very clean, even for Bali standards. Bathroom was also not very clean. Only one very small blanket for the bed, no top sheet or anything. Neighbors or people in the lobby were very loud, keeping us up at night. They asked us to take off our shoes before coming into the hotel, but the floor was very dirty and sandy making our feet nasty, which was not great.

We enjoyed the stay there.

The place is very close to the airport - it took us 3 minutes to get there by car at 6 am. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The room was very nice and clean.

It was a bit far from Kuta beach. The hotel was close to Jerman beach, but because of the waves in July, it was less safe to get into the water. However, if you are a surfer, it would be a nice location because the place is close to the boats.

Beautiful hostel experience

This was by far one of the most beautiful stays I've ever experienced while staying at a hostel. The beds are super comfortable and the staff are so kind and friendly. Free coffee and tea. Beautiful fully fitted kitchen, where one can prepare ones own food. Free water refill stations. The property is beautifully put together. Lots of light in common areas and the pool is so amazing. The location is walking distance from the beaches and close to the airport too. One can easily get stuck inside the place because of how tranquil it is. Very spacious... No clubs close by will have to head to Canggu but it's not too expensive to get there...

I did not like that some guests were not respectful of the sign which requested all guests to remove their shoes before entering. I think it's rude and lazy of some people not to make the effort and try being respectful of this request.

Perfect!

It was a great stay for me and my bestfriend. The room didn’t disappoint! We got the room with pool view, the room is so clean, and the staffs are so kind they even let me leave my things after check-out. Will definitely stay here again next time!

I won’t come back

It's very close to the airport,if you don't have much luggage,you can walk there.

There is a strong musty smell in the room,and no sound insulation at all, very loud motorcycle noise outside all night, It's unbearable and I really hard to sleep. I know the check out time is 11 o'clock, but the staff started to push me at 10 o'clock, that’s so rude. What I can't stand the most is that you must have to took off your shoes to enter the indoor space. But their floor is not very clean. After u taking a shower, u need to walk around with barefoot and then go to bed. That is really unhygienic and so disgusting.

Comfortable place to stay when arriving or departing from DPS airport

Nice common area, equipped kitchen, fridge, free water refill and coffee/tea. Really good pressure in the shower, A/C in the dorm and comfy and clean bed. Nice staff too. Good location walking distance to the airport.

Not the best option in Bali

Not much! It’s at least close to the airport.

Lobby smelled like BO. Area is run down with no nice restaurants nearby. Pool looked dirty and is right next to the street. Wifi very sporadic. Receptionist couldn’t help with giving info. Found a black bug in my bed. Looked very much like a bed bug.

Central but can be loud

I liked the modern and well-designed room and kitchen and the impeccably clean room.

I didn't like that the team failed to mention that the hostel is located on a busy street and close to a mosque, making it very noisy. Moreover, communicating with the staff members was quite challenging as none of them spoke English. Although the bottom room is located next to the pool, it is very noisy in the morning when the staff starts cleaning and adding chlorine, which makes it impossible to use the pool.

I never left a bad comment on Booking for all the years, all the countries that I have used it, but this time I have to. I had a shockingly terrible experience with this hotel. It started with when I was so tired from the travelling and having bad headache, wanting to rest, but the room was so hot and dirty. The AC stopped working, the bedsheet had many dirty marks, and there was some bugs on the ground. I called the staff to help, and they asked me if I smoked in the room, and asked me for 500,000 fine. I was really sorry for my mistake, so I told them that of course I would pay, and apologized for not knowing the rule. In the meanwhile, I asked her could she also please fix the problems in the room. The women suddenly got very angry, and said, “The AC is broken but you are the person who chose this room.” I was like, “…Really?” Then she suddenly started to keep yelling at me, “You, pay or check out!” Extremely loudly, at least 5 times. I was so scared by her rage that I couldn’t say a word for a comment. I think that is understandable, when someone was suddenly so intense… But she took it as I won’t pay, which is strange, because I said very clearly, many times, from the start that I will (she had the English level to understand that). And then she yelled, “You leave! You leave NOW!” And she even grabbed my arms. The staff was here to changing the bedsheet, I told her, “Please wait for 3-5 minutes. I will go to pay the fine once the staff is finished, because I have all my belongings in the room - my suitcase was open, my laptop was on the table. Please, how can I go and leave when there are other people in my room? Please be reasonable.” She wouldn’t listen, so I had to yell too, which was a very unpleasant thing to do, “I said I will pay! Please believe me and understand that it could be a vulnerable situation to leave other people in your room, when you are not around while traveling.

I was sick, so didn't take much profit

Next to the aiport. Is good when you have to stay 1 night before or after a flight. It has food and souvenirs around. the bed and privacy is awesome, and also the common area!

The noise of the mosque and the city. It's very loud to relax. I came here for 2 nights only because I was very sick, and expecting some recommendations on food/drinks or places, which I didn't receive, and couldn´t get the rest I needed before the flight. So it's not exactly their fault, but there could be some improvements for the hostel category.

We only stayed for one night before we left for the airport, but the location was great with a nice pool. The dorms were nice with very comfortable beds and secure lockers with privacy curtains.
