Hotel is that great but not that bad either.

Hotel is close to domestic terminal and even closer to international. I did the walk to and from hotel. Hotel is close to Jerman beach and main road Kartika Plaza and 5 minutes away with taxi to Kuta beach. 5 minutes walk to primo supermarket in nearby mall. Room rate is great, need to browse around in different app to get the best rate for the same hotel. I was able to negotiate late checkout at 50k rupiahs per hour. I paid 200k to leave hotel from 5pm.

Room feels run down. Room didn't have central lightning, only 2 bedside lamps and one lamp provided that can be plugged into the power socket, once you use the socket for something else, I didn't get to use the lamp, night time the corner is a little dark to do laptop work. Top shower and hand shower were confusing at first. Next building was doing construction, probably from early morning till midnight. Can't help it with the sound. Door stopper was damage, door latch missing, prior my stay, there should be more transparent with these issues. I was worry that I get blamed

the only i like in this hotel are the staffs they are absolutely wonderful. very accomodating and helpful.

i don’t like the whole property, we stayed in this hotel for 5 days however the buffet breakfast is tasteless the same food everyday my kids doesn’t have anything to eat we ended up eating outside everyday. pool was under maintenance during that time we didn’t get the chance to use it. our room doesn’t have iron,doesn’t have fridge. very sucks experience in there. although all the staffs are genuinely amazing very accomodating and helpful. They stated in there website that they have spa and in-house laundry but there is nothing in there you ended up doing your laundry and spa outside . it’s worst 3 star hotel i’ve been through. there is a lot better with the same price.

The location was convenient. Close to the airport. Walking distance from Jerman Beach.

Where to begin? The Wi-Fi in the lobby was strong but the signal was VERY poor in my room. Impossible to use the internet without using data from my phone's hotspot. The swimming pool was unusable as many guests were swimming fully clothed which is unsanitary (I think it's an Islam thing?). The breakfast was the same every day: cold noodles, soggy vegetables, dry boney chicken, awful coffee. I had to pay to eat a proper breakfast at nearby restaurants. Finally, there were black flies and worms crawling out of the drain in the bathroom. I booked this accommodation due to the convenient location, but I will never stay there again. There are SO MANY better options in Kuta.

Ok for one night near the airport

Location is great, near to beach, convenience stores, massage, etc. service was great, very attentive staff.

The room was a bit dirty, dusty and the toilet bowl smelled like pee. The hotel is a bit old and it feels not being taken care of. The wifi and data in level 1 room was not working at all.

Poor experience

The location and cost

I booked for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 9 and 4) and booking.com selected one room with two beds in it. I assumed they were two double beds. But they were 2 singles. When i asked, the hotel management wouldn't even give us 2 extra pillows or an extra sheet so we could make up the little window seat as a bed for my older kid. So the 4 of us shared 2 single beds and 2 pillows. The room was on the road so very noisy until late at night. We were only given vouchers for 2 people for breakfast despite having booked for 4. And the breakfast looked so unappetizing that we went to eat somewhere else. The only good thing about this hotel was the cleaning staff who were really lovely and the rooms were clean. I guess you get what you pay for and the location to get to the airport is good.

Disappointing

We changed the room 3 times, last room was ok with new ac which actually worked. Hotel is close to airport.

First two rooms was full with mold, also the linen was so dirty…probably ac wasn’t cleaned and didn’t work well. It looked old, the air was just terrible. Breakfast are below the average, not very clean place and also not a big choice, taste was also like nothing. I would say for that price it’s overpriced. One night before the flight is maximum what you can spend there.

Pleasant

The location is good, value for money as i did the booking few mths earlier. Good and fast response to replace the faulty safe box.

Towels were only provided 2 for 4 pax stay. Safe box was not working. Need reminder to top up tissue. Toilet having foul smell everytime when flushing.
