In the apartments, it would have been good to have table and chairs and shelving space for storage. We used the out door chairs to sit on in our room.

I loved the place in general. The restaurant is good too!

Foundation Makeup ,Bloody , dirty , with someone's eyelashes what came off ,stained sheets at check in, I had to go downstairs and ask for clean sheets at 2am in the morning, after coming off a late flight. Looks like the cleaning staff just turned the bedcover upside down and hoped for the best, absolutely disgusting. Check your sheets and bedcover when you check in. They changed everything the next day, and all was okay after that.

Looking forward to returning

The hotel is in a great location around 15 mins from the airport and walking distance to Kuta's bar, restaurants, shops, beach etc. The hotel is absolutely wonderful, our room was a ground floor, pool view room which was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is lovely and quiet with a large pool surrounded by comfortable sun beds, perfect for chilling. While breakfast isn't included they do offer breakfast and a very good coffee (which we enjoyed each morning), along with snacks around the pool and evening meal (great smoothies too). The staff were all extremely polite, helpful and friendly. This was our first time staying at this hotel and we wont hesitate to return on our next trip to Bali.

Having a whole apartment to chill in. Kitchen is bare but it has all you need.

Bed a little hard. Toiletries smelled off, shower drainage was slow. Bring your own toiletries! The natural rope carpet round the bed hurt to walk on barefoot. Staff hung around my entrance fairly often (sweeping, gardening etc). Cash only, no credit card accepted for room rate.

A little gem of a place.

Only 7 mins drive from the airport. Clean room, already had air con on and cool for my arrival. Nice pool and bar and eatery on site. Food was utterly amazing and very cheap. $9 aus dollars for dinner and a drink. Excellent service.

Nice location right next to Discovery Mall, Waterbom Park and the airport. Staff were good and the room was clean with a fine shower.

Could do with some bits of work and a freshen up. The bathroom door handle was broken and the curtains were mouldy. Property accepts cash only so this is an inconvenience.

It’s a small and quiet hotel with an outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are big enough for two persons and there are villas with separate bedrooms. It’s located near the Discovery shopping mall and close to the airport and the beach. Perfect location. And the best thing is the super friendly staff.!!!

Everything about the property. The location down a side street, by the Main Street and all the action but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Pictures are exactly what the accommodation and layout is like. Spotlessly clean beauty pool. Rooms with great A/C plus ceiling fans, flatscreen TV for Amazon and Prime. Tea, coffee plus kettle lovely balcony. And on top of everything, an absolutely amazing manager with Lucy and her wonderful team !! They make sure all your needs are taken care off. Can’t recommend enough for the prices you’re getting top quality accommodation and service for rock bottom prices. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 an easy 5 start from me 🙏

Pleasant apartments with lovely pool, a relaxing stay!

We loved the swimming pool! But due to rain was only about to swim in it once throughout our stay :( Beds were really comfy and aircon was as great!!

Bathroom smelt a little bit of urine near the sink, was stains on the curtains and pool towels which were provided, paint was peeling off the walls and bottom of bed was coming apart a little. General wear and tear which could be fixed.

Nice place but dishonest practices

The property really is gorgeous, it’s very quiet considering it’s so close to the action in Kuta. The rooms are massive and very comfortable

Upon arrival we were told we needed to pay cash, and they tried to charge us their conversion rate as they also offer money changing services. We argued that this was not fair but at the end of the day they would not budge so we had to pay their rate They had also cancelled the booking on booking dot com which is so dishonest and this provider is not trustworthy unfortunately

Loved our stay at Paspa Ayu!

Pleasantly surprised to be so close to mall and beach - just down a little laneway with an icecream store at the intersection. Despite being in Kuta, this was a very peaceful oasis. We often ate meals at the on--site Harlow Cafe, where James served amazing coffees and anticipated our requirements. There was an extensive menu of Indonesian and international options, all were delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Altogether a lovely place to stay and we would certainly stay again.

We would have appreciated a table and chairs in the apartment but there really wasn't room, so we began to sit outside in the cafe area, which had a lovely ambience. We were expecting a microwave as advertised, but didn't get that.

Another perfect stay. Very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does an amazing job. Staff always friendly- hosts are so accommodating. Appreciate the care and understanding they gave us on our Sabbath day 🙏 Food was terrific and pool was great. Will be back .

Overall, a good stay

I was only there for a short stop — arrived after sunset and left before sunrise — but everything went smoothly. Check-in was easy, and the staff were super friendly. The bed was comfy, and I liked that you could chill outside with a drink or some gelato. Would definitely come back for a longer stay!

There was a slight drainage smell in the toilet, and the floor could be a bit slippery.

A luxurious boutique stay right in the heart of it all.

Ideal location for the first few days of Bali. Really friendly, helpful staff and beautiful surroundings. The onsite restaurant was extensive and yummy. It was great to be central but not having to be in one of the massive hotels. Hoping to be back to try out the villas.

Luxurious end to our holiday, couldn’t fault it

We had two large, absolutely gorgeous modern, clean adjoining ground floor rooms for our family of 4. Staff were lovely. Great quiet location for our 2 night stay at the end of our holiday, only 5 mins walk to Waterbom and close to airport. Meals at the onsite restaurant were tasty.

Excellent room complete with large fridge, kitchenette & Netflix! What more could you want!

We rented this is a day room because we were flying out at midnight. This room was way better than the room we stayed in at Nusa Dua and 1/4 of the price. It had Netflix and a kitchenette, was modern and bright. A great little find and would stay again without hesitation. They even had Netflix !!

Still a terrific little hotel in a great location with lovely staff

I came back to stay 2 weeks after my first reservation at this hotel so that says it all!

Sadly this time I was in a room on the ground floor and there was an overwhelming sewerage smell which made my stay disappointing. Also last time I stayed on the first floor which I found much better as you had nice view, less pool noise and no one walking and back in the floor above. No EFTPOS payments for room, they only took cash which is a great to avoid them paying tax! The excuse for why no cards was very poor and yet the cafe on the same premises accepted card payments so to me was very inconvenient especially when your bill is in the millions!!
