Absolutely loved everything! Definitely would recommend. From the perfect service of every staff member, the cleanliness, the amenities, location, to the breakfast and dinner etc. Everything was perfect. Especially want to mention every staff member of the restaurant, so incredibly helpful and nice. They were so amazing with us and our toddler (who could feed the fish in the pond). Also a special mention to miss Rusmi and Kariati for their hospitality and help. All in all, amazing hotel and personnel. If i could give a higher point than 10 I would!
Also, not a single insect or animal on the whole premise (for those wondering).
Nothing to add except maybe the light of the AC that I couldn’t turn off at night.

Location is great within Kuta area, next door to water bomb, discovery mall, restaurants and shops ! Close to the Airport which is why we chose this place. Breakfast is great with good options for toddlers, clean rooms and bathrooms and great service from the workers.
