The location, all the lovely staff, amazing choice of amenity toiletries with bath salt and bath foam included, open air restaurant, cleanliness of the room, different types of pillows to choose from, nice size of balcony and the daybed area.
Being right next to waterbom Bali means lots of noise especially when having meals in the restaurant, location of pool being right next to lobby and restaurant, and also would be nicer to have a better divider between the beds and the bathroom area especially if you're staying with friends etc.

Location is great within Kuta area, next door to water bomb, discovery mall, restaurants and shops ! Close to the Airport which is why we chose this place. Breakfast is great with good options for toddlers, clean rooms and bathrooms and great service from the workers.
