Beautiful stay

I don't usually leave reviews but the staff were so great and the friendliest place I've ever stayed and I come to Bali 3 times a year so that is really saying something. Tri was the best at front desk always checking I was ok...and the rooms were absolutely beautiful...x

Top quality hotel - great location near airposrt with amazing service quality

Amazing hotel with great staff. We got an upgraded room, with super comfy bed. Breakfast a la carte was really tasteful and the staff extremely well trained and welcoming. The location is ideal for transit days. 14 minutes from the airport and one really good mall for your souvenir shopping is 5 minutes away by walk.

The rooms are well presented and comfortable. Clean and the beds and pillows are amazingly comfy. The staff are very friendly and tentative to all your needs. Breakfast was an excellent addition to our stay.

The chlorine in the pool was quite strong and aggravated my granddaughter's sensitive skin.

Delightful staff, food was fabulous and location incredibly convenient.

I loved that breakfast was a la carte and not the usual Bali buffet style. There was plenty of choice and it was fresh. Just amazing! Staff were incredibly polite and followed up to see how we were going after day one. Responses were swift and very pleasant. We were close to the main action but far enough back from the main street to ensure no noise issues.

No comments on what would have been better - we have been travelling to Bali for a long time and are sorry we didn't discover this place earlier. We booked here because it was close to the airport and were taking a domestic flight to Jakarta after our visit so it was very, very convenient.

Great location close to the airport & directly behind waterbomb park. Short walk to the beach & discovery shopping centre. Great restaurants nearby too. The hotel itself is a hidden gem we have returned here around 4 times (& have already booked to come again) shouldn’t brag about it as I want to keep it my little secret 🤫

Great short stay in Kuta

Fantastic location easy walk to anywhere in Kuta and beyond. The staff are brilliant- so kind and helpful. The beds are so comfortable and the room has everything you could want. We used the gym each day and the pool is lovely. Food was great too.

There isn’t a lot of privacy from some rooms. If we didn’t close the curtain all the way people walking from the lifts would be able to see into our bathroom. Not ideal 😆

Excellent Stay

Nicer hotel than what I normally get and baby, I think I’m spoiled now. The service was top tier. They really make you feel special. The spa was also one of the best I’ve been to. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. So much attention to details in every aspect. Live music during dinner. Great place to end my trip in Bali.

Not all food was available for room service, BUT it got me out of the room to enjoy the hotel.

Great breakfast and good they have glass bottles in the rooms for water instead of plastic.

Gym is open a bit late -7am but this is not ideal if catching an early flight. 6am is more appropriate.

It was the best stay I’ve experienced

Very good customer services by the staff. Everyone was smiling all the time, friendly, asking us how’s our day, and if we need any help. When we had to go for 2:30am tour, the hotel prepared breakfast box for us. Hotel is very clean and serene despite the busy surrounding. Even with the water park next door, noise is still acceptable.

A peaceful and personal stay with amazing staff, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location—highly recommended!

The check-in was quick and efficient even in the early hours of the morning. The resort has a boutique feel with a personal touch—the staff were incredibly friendly and many knew us by name. Our Junior Suite was spacious, very clean, and comfortable with a large balcony. The pool area was peaceful with plenty of deck chairs. Breakfast was fresh with lots of variety, and the traditional Balinese breakfast was a highlight. The location was quiet but central—an easy walk to shops and the beach, and we felt very safe.
