The rooms and bed were huge. Everything was very clean. It’s was peaceful. Outside central Kuta so you don’t have to face the busyness quite as much. It’s also close to the Discovery Mall which is great for shopping and for catching the evening fire show - bonus points for getting free VIP tickets through the hotel.
The aircon said it was on 18 but it was definitely warmer than 18.

We only stayed here for a few hours before our late night flight home. However the room was so beautiful and wish we had of stayed as the bath tub looked very appealing! The pool was lovely, the staff were friendly and it’s in a great location. Busy part of Kuta but the hotel is set back from the street so the noise is not a bother

Friendly staff and location
There was a stench in the toilet from day 1 since we stayed there. The staff attended and cleaned it but I think because the room was in the ground floor the drainage smell was lingering
