The breakfast was lovely and the location was very convenient. The garden was beautiful to look at. The two dogs were hilarious. It was a lovely stay.

I could not really adjust the heating in the room. I kept trying the thermostat but it won't budge. It seemed automatic.

Location good and accessible after long travelling. House decor beautiful and personal touches that felt very homely and welcoming. Everything had been thought through.

pre-ordering breakfast makes sense and helps with catering needs. I appreciate that. However I had not been expecting extra charge for more than 2 items eg cereal plus fruit or cereal plus cooked or pastry plus cereal. Description said breakfast included.

It's very picky but the only thing I would have liked to have seen would be a bed and breakfast sign as we were a little worried we were at the wrong location but once we rang the bell we were put at ease straight away x

The house was in an ideal location for where I needed to go for my job. The room was spacious with a great bathroom, the hosts were lovely people to talk to and the breakfast was exceptional. I cannot recommend this place, highly enough. I will be back in the future

Lovely sleepover in Weymouth

I liked the close proximity to our venue. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was super king sized and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and our host was very pleasant. I would definitely revisit

Only a minor grumble; we arrived in the dark, and could not see the numbers of the houses in the road, so I had to keep getting out of the car to find number 31. There is also no sign visible on the pavement side, saying B&B.

Overall good but could be better

Kathy was a great host and breakfast was excellent, information provided in-room was well prepared and thought out.

The bed was too soft for my taste and it was creaky so kept me up in the night. The bedroom wasn't as clean as I'd expect. As much as I love dogs they were rather too noisy and apparently not too used to people visiting without a fuss, barking and yapping with one or the other wining through the early hours. The room had no comfortable seating to sit an relax and read despite being quite large.

Perfect stay at Weymouth

This is my second time staying here. The second was as good as the first! I love everything here. The house is tastefully designed, every detail is looked into to make your stay comfortable. So clean and homely. Breakfast was great with generous servings. Location in a nice neighbourhood. Easy to park.

It was that good and the property is fantastic I asked if we could book another night with only being there 1/2 hour

The accommodation is fantastic, the host so welcoming and helpful with a very early check in. The bed is huge and so comfortable. The breakfast is lovely and plentiful.

Not so much didn’t like but there seemed to be a fair bit of long black hair in both the bedroom and shower room. My personal preference would be to raise the chandeliers in the bedroom a bit as I did keep whacking my head on them but I’m 6 foot 2 so probably just me. The shower head could do with descaling or replacing as the spray is not very good but the water is lovely and hot.

Quite comfortable break.

Our hosts Kathy and her husband, were lovely people, and made us feel welcomed straight away. The room was quite, comfortable and clean, with a lovely on suite bathroom, Tv,fridge, and drink making facilities.

Lovely short stay

Lovely b&b, room was comfortable and really lovely decorated! The location is great too, just a short drive to the beach and town, or if you don’t fancy driving or walking, there’s a bus stop just down the road! Kathy was so lovely and friendly, she does a great job running the b&b. Thank you so much for a lovely stay Kathy!

We had to pay extra for extra portions of breakfast e.g. extra items like sausages on the cooked breakfast but it was cooked amazing so it made up for it

Handy spot, great breaky, everything we needed really.

Our host put on a fabulous breakfast and was very happy to adjust things if necessary and very easy to chat to. Off street parking was very handy too.

It would have been nice to access her lovely back garden, but it was her dogs territory - we understood.

Just a proposal: The check in time should be reconsidered. Check in time at 4 PM and check out time at 11 AM has no logic . Check in time should be at least 2 Pm .

Very short , but agreeable stay.

The breakfast was very good , more than enough for us. The place was clean and comfortable and the landlady very friendly.

The only complaint I've got is I couldn't see the nameplate of the house while driving slowly past. Maybe put a nameplate on the gatepost. Once we'd figured that out , no problems at all.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Kathy is a lovely host (her 2 dogs were also very cute). Ideally situated for Weymouth and Portland. Good choice on the menu for breakfast. We stayed in the green room. Bed was lovely and comfortable.

Exceptional

A cosy, stunning space filled with everything you could possibly need for a few days getaway. It’s compact but also airy and spacious. Felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was fantastic and cooked to order; plenty of well-thought-through food, and we enjoyed it in the very relaxed atmosphere. Would be happy to stay again.
