The provided facilities are great. Loads of tea/coffee/water and biscuits in the room. Loads of options for the help-yourself breakfast. Cereals, toast, fruit etc.

I completely missed the fact that the bathroom was across the hall rather than being ensuite. This wasn't a problem for me but might be for others.

Cozy, comfy room with a great host

Super comfy and cozy rooms, easily accessible from the train station, central to walk all over. Pete was a very friendly and welcoming host with vast knowledge of the area and local attractions. Very nice do it yourself breakfast selections. The rooms were equipped with adjustable heating and the bathroom was clean with a nice, hot shower. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for a couple of nights away visiting family.

Rooms are well equipped, clean and quiet. Rooms are well stocked with tea, coffee, bottled water, biscuits and toiletries. Rooms are well lit and the bed was amazingly comfy.

Fantastic location and welcoming B&B

Owners were incredibly friendly and helpful - sorted us out with some great recommendations for an evening in Weymouth, gave us a tour of the facilities. Make sure you phone beforehand to let them know your arrival time, as with Booking.com we didn’t receive this, so it will be smoother to just phone in advance. Would 100% stay here again

The room was clean & towels changed regularly. Breakfast choices were varied and thoughtful.

A couple of hooks to hang wet shower towels on somewhere in the room would be an improvement, other than that everything else was fine.

Friendly welcome, very chilled vibe. Was such a lovely welcome after a long journey, we even decided to stay an extra night!

Bit too far to walk to harbour with a little one and no buggy but parking in town was easy so not an issue

A great short stay, I will return on my next visit to Weymouth

Very friendly and helpful host, the key was available as soon as I arrived, the host gave me a demonstration of opening the entrance door to avoid any confusion so this was really helpful. The facilities excellent with tea and coffee and biscuits, also additional cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, juice, bread/toast, yoghurt in the dining room for the morning. The hotel clean and tidy, including the room, great value for money and an excellent location, was able to park so overall a great experience and I will return on my next visit to Weymouth.

With the breakfast thrown in a good average I guess, but I wouldn't use it again.

A self service cold breakfast was provided (nothing cooked) which was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and the electric shower worked well. The coffee etc. in the room was well provided.

Arrival and check-in was a disaster - the door was locked and the phone number given to ring was off the hook continuously. The bell/buzzer elicited no response. It took an hour for me to be admitted! The room was rather cramped and not in the 'bright and cheery' category. The small shower room lacked any shelving to put things on and nowhere to hang a towel or garments

Very pleasantly surprised to be honest. Bathroom was lush and the bed so comfy. Very helpful people. Easy access to Weymouth shopping and beach.

Famtsic welcome from pete. Bed is so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Spotlessly clean room, with lots of coffee, tea, biscuits etc. Complimentary breakfast was unexpected but welcomed. I can't fault this place.

Exceptional host.

Stayed with my son for 2 nights. Excellent b&b with an exceptional host. Friendly and welcoming. Clean and tidy. Cereal, toast, and friut were added bonuses as was mineral water and juice. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be returning. Thank you, Peter.

Great place to stay, cannot fault our experience

We had a brilliant stay at the driftwood, Pete was a great host, from the welcome, to all he did for us during our stay. The breakfast room was stocked with all you would need for a continental breakfast ,with tea ,coffee and biscuits in the room. We will definitely stay again ,and would recommend the Driftwood to anyone seeking a relaxing stay in Weymouth

Clean room. A good selection for the self-service breakfast. Staff are very friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Comfy bed. It's not a large room, but the space is well used. Having your own bathroom is always a plus too!

Friendly welcome, room exceptionally clean and the perfect location for exploring Weymouth. Complimentary breakfast was great and lots of choice including gluten free alternatives. The owner even contacted me after we had left to say we had left something in our room and kindly offered to post it back to me.
