Stylish hotel in beautiful village.

Beautifully designed hotel with lovely room and thoughtful accessories. Lovely food in the restaurant and at breakfast. Nice terrace for sitting outside. Very nice friendly staff. The area is fabulous with lots of other very nice restaurants and cafes.

It is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed here: it is simple but very comfortable

The Zur Linde is located in a lovely valley with lots of local walks straight from the door. Although it is direct onto a road, there is little traffic. The restaurant is excellent and the staff are all very friendly.

Best food of the region

The breakfast and dinner were just amazing. They use a lot of local ingrediënts and know what they are doing (complements to the chef). Even if you are staying somewhere else, I recommend to eat dinner at restaurant Linde. Next to that the personnel is very friendly and always ready to serve you. There are also some nice extra's: they can bring filtered coffee to your room in the morning, there are some hiking materials ready to use, ...

If I can give a recommendation, it's chancing the matras and the pillows. We had a very soft top layer on our matras. This layer moved during the night to 1 side and because it was so soft, you started to fall out of the bed if you were sleeping on that side. Next to that the pillows were too soft/thin for us. This was no deal breaker and for the rest everything was perfect.

Superb

Authentic Black Forrest guesthouse. Great atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent with homemade and regional products. There is a little stream running right behind the hotel which we could hear and see from the balcony.

Television set is outdated and only has a few channels. WiFi is free, but the bandwidth is not great. Bathroom is not the most modern or luxurious.

Exceptional

A relaxing stay in a charming guesthouse. After a long walk to the village and back beside a gurgling stream, we enjoyed a delicious supper with amazing Black Forest cake. Breakfast the next morning was varied and fresh . Delightful!

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alt und Neu harmoniert wundervoll.Der offene Kamin im Frühstücksraum machte eine behagliche Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war gut und es wurde nachgereicht.Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und es waren reichliche Portionen.Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Zum Abschied gab es eine Provianttüte für den Heimweg.Das war für uns das erste Mal…

In unserem Bad war es ein bisschen eng.

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf. Helaas waren we er maar 1 nachtje. We komen zeker terug voor een langer verblijf.

Goede communicatie: sleutelkastje was goed geregeld. Netjes, stijlvolle en schone accommodatie. Heerlijk bed! Lekker ontbijt! Vriendelijk personeel.

L'hotel non è...un hotel. Nel senso che sono semplicemente camere sopra un ristorante. No reception, no aree comuni. Camere magnifiche per carità, tutto meraviglioso. Peccato che a ristorante chiuso, ti danno la chiave per entrare nella struttura e non hai alcun tipo di servizio. Noi abbiamo dormito il lunedì e il martedì notte, che sono giorni di chiusura del ristorante. Quindi entravamo con le chiavi in un ristorante vuoto per accedere alle camere di sopra. Sarebbe stato meglio segnalarlo

das Essen im Restaurant war nicht unser Fall, ist ja Geschmackssache, Straßenlärm bei geöffneten Fenstern-aber das liegt nun mal an der Lage

Das Frühstück war gut. Aber das Beste war die Möglichkeit sich morgens eine Kanne Kaffee vor die Türe stellen zu lassen und dann gemütlich im Bett seinen Kaffee zu trinken. Bei der Abreise gab es noch ein Wasser und 2 Äpfel für die Heimreise. Sehr aufmerksam.
