All in all, it was very pleasant stay. I missed the working desk only.

Everything, staff were lovely and the lounge is brilliant. Loved the cuckoo clocks. Nice touch.

Good location on edge of historical town

Location was nice, right on the edge of the historical city center. The motel one brand is fine, you know what you get. Dogs allowed. Parking underground. All for extra fee. The bar area is nice in the evening, but can get crowded.

Checkin staff was very inattentive. We arrived and she sat on her phone for a good 10 seconds before looking up and greeting us. Rooms small and missing hot water pot. We had teenagers on our floor throwing a loud party,despise the hotel putting us on the "quiet" side because of our dog.

Very convenient for a short stay in Freiburg close to downtown.

The location close to Freiburg city center is quite convenient, design is stylish, rooms are quite clean and hotel team is very supportive and friendly.

Fore the price I would have expected a bit larger room, everything was quite tiny and therefore not convenient for a longer stay.

Great hotel with amazing staff

Staff is amazing. Great location to downtown Freiburg and train station. Super clean and they even have air conditioning. They have a bar and outdoor terrace.
