We had a nice stay and had a good sleep.

The location was nice, the bed and one staff (man) in the front desk who is very friendly and cheerful.

Great location but not very comfortable

The location is perfect! Just close enough to the city center but in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent in variety and taste! Room size was good and with a modern bathroom with a good shower.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was thin and there were even plastic pieces coming out of the mattress, not even my 8-year old was able to sleep comfortably there. The pillows were also not comfortable, they didn’t provide the necessary support and were not anatomically adequate. All this made our nights at the hotel pretty miserable. The restaurant has only pizza as a meal option, which makes the hotel less convenient for a family with kids.

Great location

The extra parking charges, the correct instructions of getting in the public parking, not mentioned at the voucher. Level of English of employees is really poor,and the annoying door knocking for housekeeping between 8 and 10 am every single morning and several times, is really stressful . The breakfast wasn’t included and really pricy to add it. We ended up having pretzels from the bakery.

Overprized "no atmophere" standard hotel in the center of traffic circling the city

Totally overprized old building, successfully refurbished, modern rooms from inside, for 180 Euro per night without breakfast you not even qualify for the better half of the rooms facing the green Schlossberg (but maybe the ugly view from the rear is quiter). The distance to the MÜNSTER (famous church) is not far, but the hotel has neither a view, nor is it in direct neighborhood with the Münster as the name indicates.

The location is very good close to the city center.Breakfast was rich in savoury food, but a little low in sweet food and also lacked a vegan breakfast.Otherwise everything was perfect! :-)

Pretty comfy, wonderful service, value for money and easily accessible by public transport.

The Check-in time specified was 3pm but we had reached Freiburg at 11:30am so our plan was to store our luggage at the hotel's luggage storage and head out to roam the city and then come back later in the evening for checking in. But when we reached the hotel at around 11:30am, they allowed us to check-in right away which was a pleasant surprise for us. The early check-in really helped us freshen up from the journey to Freiburg before heading out into the city.

comfy beds. great, helpful staff. short walk over a bridge to a park which is great if you're traveling with a dog!

the building is hard to find/see due to construction. parking is underground in P13 structure and is $13/night. it's got a 2m roof height so no tall cars with roof boxes!

The location was very close to the Christmas Markets the Cathedral and scenic old town.

The room was great and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was very good and had big beautiful windows in the restaurant with nice views. Staff was very nice.

When I asked the front desk if there were any washcloths I was told no. They provided large hand towels and bath towels. It is very strange not to have a washcloth.

The cleaner knocked at the door at 9am on a Sunday morning. Got the feeling that she was trying to rush us out so she could get on with her work.
