Great location

Location is great. We experienced the apartment option for the first time. And we liked it. The room was big, kitchen equipments were clean. Only option that needs improvement was the beds and the pillows. They weren't very comfortable. But overall it was great.

It was perfect

we stayed there for the second time, and will be staying there whenever we visit Freiburg,, now we have a second home in Freiburg! Location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and helpful every-time. Room are as in the pictures and the information in the description is accurate.

Close proximity to town centre shops, restaurants and attractions. Very clean, modern and well presented. Good size living room and well equipped kitchen.

Road traffic noise could be intrusive, especially if windows were open. Otherwise very good

Pleasurable stays each time!

The fact we keep coming back speaks for itself. The apartments are always impeccably cleaned and well stocked. Love the heated floors! The location can’t be beat and we look forward to our stays. The staff has also been helpful when asking for special services ( extra towels, washing clothes, etc..) Thank you!

Great stay

Great stay. The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable, with everything working perfectly. The location is excellent, close to the train station, the city center, restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay visiting great grandparents birth place and visiting the sites and Black forest

Room, facilities, friendliness and helpfulness of staff and relaxed atmosphere. Where the property was situated, so easy to get around and ease of walking to shops, restaurants etc., My second visit to Frieberg and this accommodation and will use again on our next visit.

Great apartments for a stay in Freiburg.

Great location, spacious rooms, very clean and staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately the sofa bed was broken but the staff managed to sort out a replacement the same day.

Great location, room, and staff!

The hotel was located very conveniently, close enough to both Altstadt and the main train/bus station. The room was great, it was very spacious and clean with AC and a nice restroom and kitchen as well. The staff (Seif and Katya) were exceptionally helpful and nice. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to have a nice room and easy access to everything in Freiburg.

Flawless, you will feel very comfortable. Well managed, but late check in time.

Great attention to detail. Everything we needed was there, the apartment was new and well-spaced. It kind of felt perfect. There is even a reception, not manned 24h but when we arrived we were greeted by a proper person. They even have drinking water at the reception in case you're thirsty when you arrive. We felt very well there.

Check in time was only at 16.00. I did not ask for an early check in because we only arrived after 16.00 but often you arrive well before that time in a town. They probably let you check in early if the room is ready, but if it isn't you'll have to wait until 4.

Perfect location and space for a family visit

This was the perfect space for a family stay--an incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, exceptionally large apartment (with balcony) and huge king size bed, dishwasher, kitchen, washing machine/dryer--everything we needed for a visit to Freiburg with small children. Add to that that the apartments are near the train station and right in the centre of the city--so the location is really ideal. I cannot imagine a more convenient or comfortable place to stay and will definitely book here again on our next stay to Freiburg.

The location was perfect - close to the train station and restaurants, beer garden, etc. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet, and it had everything we needed.

It was our first visit the Freiburg and we had a fantastic visit!

We like the location and the price. We arrived early but were able to leave our bags and use the bathrooms before walking nearby to sight see at the beautiful church and pick up groceries. When we were able to check in the staff was so welcoming and even offered some glasses of champagne for us to celebrate our arrival. How lovely! The view was nice and our room spacious and comfortable. We even used the laundry facilities for free and felt quite at home during our stay.

It’s hard to think of anything we didn’t like about the property.

Spacious and clean apartment

The property was easy to locate and the instructions given before arrival were clear. The location is not too far off from the main station. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen amenities were great even though I did not make use of it. A bottle of water was also provided which is always nice to have. The check in and check out processes were simple.

A fire alarm went on early in the morning during my stay and dampened my experience a little as I was very tired from my travel the night before. I could not see any staff member during my entire stay and no explanation was provided for the fire alarm.

Like a 3 star hotel (which is great considering the price), with amazing city access, and friendly staff.

Amazing placement right by the old city and also walkable to the train station. Windows are very sound proof. Beds comfortable. Staff was super accommodating.

Some of the tile grout in the shower was old (but felt clean), and one room's sink drained incredibly slowly. Could have also used a comfy loveseat or some such in the living area (although there was a serviceable table and chairs).

We really liked the walk in shower, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was great to make breakfast.

It was a bit difficult to wash clothes at the property, bonus was it was free to use the washer and dryers.

the location & Saif (staff)

avoid at any cost rooms on the ground floor - they are super noisy, right at the BACKDOOR of the kitchen of the pizza restaurant, otherwise prepare to hear plates washing, pans on the fire, etc. we were lucky and thank Saif (staff) who was friendly and willing to help us change a room on the 2nd night. --beds are small --there are no double-size duvets each one of us had a single duvet --pillows are very awkward you could easily say that they were more than a sheet in a pillowcase --rooms are super noisy this is not a place for couples - it is a "romance atmosphere destroyer" it may be ok for business trips or friends

city center but affordable. request for late checkout was easily granted
