Everything you need for a relaxing weekend away — clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable. On our departure day, a gentleman — possibly the manager or owner — kindly offered us a coffee on the house, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Thermal Bath.

I missed a personal welcome — everything is done by code, no staff. I missed a cup of coffee in the room. There were guests with big dogs (one room had two). After leaving, we were charged €12 by email for the Kur Taxe — this should be included in the booking price.

Would use this hotel again. - quiet, no fuss

room was lovely - couple of cobwebs, but nothing horrible :) Bed was very comfortable. Liked having two rooms :) Bathroom was very clean. Hairdryer - nice to have a decent one!! Breakfast was lovely (great bread!!)

We thought it was a fridge in the room, but, in fact it was a freezer - broke a bottle of water by freezing it :/ The door code took three attempts to work, each time we used it - annoying, but not a deal-breaker Would liked to access the room earlier, as 15h meant we spent most of the day wandering around, before being able to go to the thermal baths :/

Comfortable suite near the Thermes

Suite with kitchenette is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The big sunny terrace with outdoor furniture. Renovated spotless bathrooms with shower and bath is roomy. A lot of towels are provided. Quite place right at the Kurpark. 1 minute walk to the Vital Classica Thermes. Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning. WiFi is good. Breakfast is not variable but sufficient.

It would be great to have a microwave in the kitchenette. a bit minimal toiletries.

Fantastic and comfortable

The room was large and had a great view, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well decorated, and the reception staff was very welcoming. In addition, I accidentally left my charging device and small earrings, the management helped me to send these materials back home, many thanks for their considerate service!

Nice room, but...

Everything was very clean. Nice breakfast buffet.

There was no WLAN for about 12 hours after I checked in. The staff acted like they didn't care and didn't even try to fix the problem. It was a few minutes before 8pm and "die Rezeption schließt um 20:00 Uhr." I had booked a business room partly because supposedly it came with a coffee maker. Turns out all there was was an electric water kettle.

Good value property.

There is no restaurant in the facility, but the clerk was able to direct me to a nice place within walking distance just down the road.

The only power outlet for the room was in the bathroom (for a razor/hair dryer), so that is where I had to charge my phone. It made my night a little problematic.

Netter Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein sehr grosses, lichtdurchflutetes Bad. Das mit den Codes und den wenigen Menschen gefällt uns persönlich leider gar nicht so gut aber es scheint dem Zeitgeist zu entsprechen. So sieht wohl leider die Zukunft aus. Der Hoteldirektor, den wir glücklicherweise noch angetroffen haben, ist sehr nett und freundlich und hat meine Stimmung besänftigt. Da wir auf der Durchreise waren, wollten wir gerne ca. 1 Stunde früher ins Hotel, da wir unsere Hundedame dabei hatten. Da man aber leider nicht mit Bad Krozingen sondern der Zentrale kommuniziert, etwas unglücklich und nicht kundenorientiert. Erst hiess es "gerne"! Bei der Übermittlung der Codes wieder 15 Uhr! Auf Nachfrage dann - für 9,99 Euro!?

Wenn man in Ruhe/Hygiene Frühstücken möchte und einen Zahlungsbeleg benötigt, nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Ausstattung des Gebäudes war modern und gut. Die Zimmer waren groß. Die Lage am Kurpark war für uns optimal.

Thema Strom: Es waren im Zimmer so gut wie keine Steckdosen vorhanden. Merkwürdig erschien es uns, dass wir bei der Ankunft Verlängerungskabel mit Mehrfachsteckdosen mit auf´s Zimmer bekamen. Zimmerservice: Bei Ankunft Kleenex Tücher nicht aufgefüllt. Tee nicht aufgefüllt. Kleine Kaffee Tütchen nicht vorhanden. Nach dem ersten Tag: Nichts wurde aufgefüllt, Toilettenpapier: Gefährliche Grenze! Thema Frühstück: Der "Auscheckbereich" und die "Bezahlstelle" waren ungünstig zwischen Küche und Büfett platziert. Ergebnis: Mit dicken Langhaarmäntel und Taschen standen mindestens 10 Menschen im Büfettbereich zwischen Käse, offenem Naturjoghurt und anderen Speisen und warteten darauf ihre elektronischen Zahlungen zu tätigen. Einige Gäste brachen ihr Frühstück wegen des Lärms und der unhygienischen Speiseumgebung ab. Wir hatten Zeit und Hunger, sodass wir uns nach ca. einer halben Stunde, ( jetzt standen nur noch wenige Gäste mit Koffern im Büfettbereich) in den Büfettbereich wagten. Thema Buchhaltung: Wir hatten unseren 3 Tage Aufenthalt im Voraus bezahlt. Das Frühstück mussten wir jedoch vor Ort an der Küchentür bezahlen. Kein Problem. Eine Quittung wurde mir per Mail versprochen. Stattdessen bekam ich eine Rechnung per Mail, auf der der Frühstücksposten als noch offen ausgewiesen wurde. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir gesagt, dass mein Email-Programm wohl nicht in Ordnung sei. Bis heute habe ich keine Quittung erhalten.

J’ai réservé une chambre avec un balcon ou balconnet et un grand lit double. Au final j’ai eu une chambre juste à côté de l’ascenseur sans balcon avec des trous au mur qui remplace la tringle à rideau et un lit avec deux matelas de 90 et deux couvertures. je précise que j’y suis allé en couple. Nur für Menschen, welche sich mit digitalem einchecken auskennen

Zimmer war von der Größe absolut ausreichend. Jede Menge Pflegeprodukte und was ich das erste mal erlebt habe, ein kleines feuchtes, gut verpacktes Erfrischungstuch. (echt klasse) Dazu noch Hausschuhe. Die Sanitäre Einrichtung Zweckmäßig und sauber.

Es gibt weder eine Rezeption noch einen Ansprechpartner! Wenn mir nicht netter Weise andere Gäste erklärt hätten, wie man in sein Zimmer kommt, hätte ich im Auto schlafen dürfen! Für Menschen wie mich, eine Katastrophe! Dies ist der einzige Grund, warum ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen werde.

Schöne Zimmer, welche ausbaufähig sind

Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung waren sehr ansprechend. Die Größe der Zimmer hat uns gefallen. Wir hatten zufällig den (vermutlich) Eigentümer in der Lobby angetroffen, welcher uns Tassen und einen Wasserkocher für den Aufenthalt besorgt hatte. Er war sehr bemüht uns zu helfen und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich.

Der eigenständige Check-in mit dem Zimmercode hat bei uns trotz mehrmaliger richtiger Eingabe nicht funktioniert. Nur durch einen Anruf bei der "Verwaltung" konnte uns dann die Zimmertür geöffnet werden, anschließend hat der Zimmercode leider weiterhin nicht funktioniert. Es gab eine Schale mit verschiedenen Teesorten, aber keinen Wasserkocher oder Tassen auf dem Zimmer oder in der Lobby. Das fanden wir sehr schade, weil der Tee suggeriert, dass es möglich wäre. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung waren nicht richtig sauber, es wurde eher oberflächlich gereinigt. Es waren oft Spuren von anderen Hotelgästen sichtbar, z.B. auf dem Tisch oder im Waschbecken. Hygiene und Ausstattung sind ausbaufähig.
