Everything you need for a relaxing weekend away — clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable. On our departure day, a gentleman — possibly the manager or owner — kindly offered us a coffee on the house, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Thermal Bath.

I missed a personal welcome — everything is done by code, no staff. I missed a cup of coffee in the room. There were guests with big dogs (one room had two). After leaving, we were charged €12 by email for the Kur Taxe — this should be included in the booking price.

Would use this hotel again. - quiet, no fuss

room was lovely - couple of cobwebs, but nothing horrible :) Bed was very comfortable. Liked having two rooms :) Bathroom was very clean. Hairdryer - nice to have a decent one!! Breakfast was lovely (great bread!!)

We thought it was a fridge in the room, but, in fact it was a freezer - broke a bottle of water by freezing it :/ The door code took three attempts to work, each time we used it - annoying, but not a deal-breaker Would liked to access the room earlier, as 15h meant we spent most of the day wandering around, before being able to go to the thermal baths :/

Comfortable suite near the Thermes

Suite with kitchenette is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The big sunny terrace with outdoor furniture. Renovated spotless bathrooms with shower and bath is roomy. A lot of towels are provided. Quite place right at the Kurpark. 1 minute walk to the Vital Classica Thermes. Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning. WiFi is good. Breakfast is not variable but sufficient.

It would be great to have a microwave in the kitchenette. a bit minimal toiletries.

Fantastic and comfortable

The room was large and had a great view, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well decorated, and the reception staff was very welcoming. In addition, I accidentally left my charging device and small earrings, the management helped me to send these materials back home, many thanks for their considerate service!

Nice room, but...

Everything was very clean. Nice breakfast buffet.

There was no WLAN for about 12 hours after I checked in. The staff acted like they didn't care and didn't even try to fix the problem. It was a few minutes before 8pm and "die Rezeption schließt um 20:00 Uhr." I had booked a business room partly because supposedly it came with a coffee maker. Turns out all there was was an electric water kettle.

No tea or coffee making, no plugs by the bed, no fridge/minibar in the room. The receptionist when we arrived spoke no English at all - very unusual.

Good value property.

There is no restaurant in the facility, but the clerk was able to direct me to a nice place within walking distance just down the road.

The only power outlet for the room was in the bathroom (for a razor/hair dryer), so that is where I had to charge my phone. It made my night a little problematic.

Hotel mit schönem Zimmer (Suite) in guter Lage

Tolle Suite mit großem hellen Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und großem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Das Bett hätte für uns etwas weicher sein können, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Das Frühstück konnte mit dem sonstigen Gesamteindruck leider nicht mithalten.

Frühstück war nicht so toll. Es gab bspw. keinerlei Eier.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wunderbarer Aufenthalt, perfekter Start in den Tag war das Frühstück und das Team!

Zimmer, checkin, Parkplatz, Lage, Servicekräfte, und insbesondere das Frühstück - sehr gut, Obst, Gemüse, Oliven - perfekt für Gesundheitsbewusste! Wohl auch sehr hundefreundlich, obwohl alles tipptopp! Das probieren wir das nächste Mal aus!

es war sehr gemütlich im grossen und ganzen und das Personal sehr lieb

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet.Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei uns gab es einen Buchungsfehler der direkt behoben wurde. Es ist ein sehr hübsches Hotel, der Park daneben ebenfalls Goldwert da wir mit Hund reisten.

ein bisschen schade war, dass die eine Bettseite sehr laut geknarrt/gequitscht hatte bei jeder Bewegung. Wir haben dann gemerkt das einige Latten vom Rost rausgefallen sind. wir haben es so gut es ging diese dann wieder montiert. Dazu kam dass wir eigentlich ein französisches Bett gebucht haben, wo ja aus einer Matratze bestehen sollte, jedoch waren es dann doch zwei Matratzen. Leider ist der Lärm der im Treppenhaus entsteht, extrem gut hörbar. Am Sonntagmorgen wurden wir ziemlich früh geweckt, da Kinder es lustig fanden, die Treppe ständig rauf und runter zu springen. Ein andermal mitten in der Nacht, da einer draussen im gang sehr laut gesprochen hat, da er scheinbar sein Zimmer nicht gefunden hatte.

Sehr einfacher online check-in; tolle Lage zum Kurpark/Therme/Bahnhof Sehr ruhige Lage; Bett sehr bequem Bad modern; Wasserkocher und Tee im Zimmer Nette Schokolade-Aufmerksamkeit im Zimmer über Weihnachten

Im Badezimmer hat es extrem gestunken; die Toilettenpapier Halter kann man nicht erreichen, wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt; kaum Ablage-Fläche im Bad (kleinerer Spiegel plus Board wären eine Abhilfe); Türen zur Dusche lassen sich nicht komplett öffnen, da das Bad sehr klein ist (Alternativge: Schiebetüren?). Steckdose im Zimmer beim Schreibtisch ist schlecht zu erreichen, schlecht für die Benutzung des Teekochers. Keine Steckdose in Bettnähe

Grosszügiges Zimmer. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Gute Lage zur überteuerten Therme und in die Innenstadt/Bahnhof. Ruhige Lage.

Unbesetzte Rezeption ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, Obwohl beim Frühstück Ansprechperson da war. Frühstück zweckmässig. Sauberkeit im Zimmer bei gewissen Sachen (Ventilator, Dekoration) nicht gegeben. Steckdose mit Wackelkontakt! Nur für I-Phone Ladestation auf Nachttischlampe möglich - Zusatzsteckdose bettnahe muss gegeben sein.
