Hotel is nice, good location and staff friendly. However that's when you see the staff. I checked in online as requested, was informed that I will get a code for door and room. I thoughtitsformake thecheck in process more efficient. I came in the afternoon and couldn't get inside the buias you need the code to get in. Finally some other guests came and I got in the building, and the hotel doesn't have reception to check you in. There is only a German phone number, which I don't want to call as it is an international call for me. There is email which I could send, but nobody answered. I don't know what to do to check in. Finally I found the code in email from hotel in my spam folder and managed to find my room. It's not clear that without the code nothing you can do. I think asba hotel some human intervention maybe needed
