Wonderful! Great location (Therme, hbf), quiet room, comfy beds, top-notch restaurant and breakfast!

Breakfast was, in fact, wonderful. The room was very quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Nice plate of fruit and a bottle of water to greet us. The restaurant was top notch, we ate dinner there in the evening. 26 Euro per person for a 3 course meal! The proximity to the Therme (literally facing) was perfect.

Everything was really beyond great, just minor thoughts: - when we arrived, they offered a drink or coffee, but i wasn't sure if it was gratis or not and was tired so i just declined (if gratis, i might've accepted). - i wasn't entirely clear what i'd be charged for, food/drink-wise in the room -- e.g. there was a pack of peanuts and no peanuts on the bar list, so...? Would be nice to have a sign on that and on the bottle of red wine sitting out. And the fruit (which I ate, and figured was fine, but technically there was no sign there). Sure, I could have asked, but i was exhausted and then even more tired after the Therme :)

all you expect after long driving...clean and silent room...good restaurant...and the morning after breakfast. Next time I will make a softer trip planning so I can find the time go to the Bad :-)

Exceptional

all personnel was extremely sympathetic. Zimmer was like a mini studio with a sofa, table, mini kitchen and balcony furniture. There were some fruits and water as an offer and several options (paid) in the mini-bar in the room. The buffet breakfast and the restaurant dishes were delicious. The decoration was a mixture of rustic and modern. The hotel is within walking distance from the city center and directly at the Thermen.

I really like people, that made our days at the hotel comfortable. My family enjoyed the stay and we would like to return back. There are a lot of activities and peaceful place for all generations.

This hotel is truly Garden of Eden

Thank you for the very warm welcome, the personal attention with which you surprised us in so many ways, the very good breakfast (also taking glutenfree into account, the very clean and spacious room. We will definitely be back, because it is the perfect stop on our way to Italy (and probably for a longer stay).

The staff were very friendly

1. The breakfast is missing many things like fresh pancakes, fresh juices, better quality breads 2. the interior design of the hotel ist very random, they need some expert tips to make it look better 3. The rooms are very old school in design, the bed was not so comfortable 4. The hotel is a bit over priced

Always a pleasure to stay here.

I made a point of staying at the Eden Hotel on my way north from Switzerland as it's my favourite hotel. I've stayed in quite a range of hotels across Europe and for me this one combines the perfect match of comfort and quirkiness at a really reasonable price. It strikes me success in the hotel business is all about maintaining a high level of occupancy and the Eden gets it right.

The restaurant was shut on Tuesday evening but I suppose everyone deserves a night off and there are plenty of good alternatives in the town. Large building project opposite but that's progress.

Appreciated that allergens were written/listed at the breakfast buffet for the meat, cheeses, and yogurts. Would recommend the same for the breads, and cereals.

Superb

Rooms are spacious, and have electric kettle in it which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was very good. Dedicated parking available at the Hotel. They gave us free access to swimming pool in the opposite building to the Hotel. We even ate lunch and dinner at their restaurant and we are so satisfied with the food. It was amazing.
