No room service no phone in the rooms to call the reception you have to go down everytime you need anything even towels and pick them up your self, slippers , no kettles in the room to make tea You have to pick up your . Air conditioning not very good

Great place to stay for Freiburg if you are coming by car

Very well appointed, spacious rooms that are air conditioned. Off street parking was easy to find if one comes during the day. Great Israeli restaurant, called Jaffa right next door. Easy access to Trams (Tram #2) to take you into city centre.

Modern and comfortable hotel within good reach of the city.

Very clean and quiet. Stylish and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice modern bathroom. Close to the tram station and just 2km from the city centre by foot if you don’t want to take the tram or use your car.

Nothing specific to dislike about the property itself, but the parking is way too expensive! It is tricky to find a place to park, but €19 per day is too much. €10 would have been reasonable in my opinion. Nevertheless, it wouldn’t put me off coming back again or recommending the hotel.

The room was cozy and the bed big and comfortable.

It was extremely hot in the room as the AC was not working, the staff apologized for that and we appreciated anyway.

Weekend break in Freiburg

The hotel is brand new, so there isn't noting to complain about. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and there is plenty of space.

The extras are really expensive: 19.99 euro for breakfast per person is from my point of view too much. Parking is also expensive, 19.99 a day. So you could easily end up with 1 night stay for two + breakfast and parking at 180,- Euro, let's be honest... Let's not forget the gym in the building, you could also access that for (if I remember well) another 15,- Euros. I know everyone pumped the prices up because of this and that, but it's not really the consumers fault...

Great place, would recommend without hesitation!

The staff was very welcoming, professional and friendly. The room was awesome, too - very clean and stylish, everything is new. Extra bonus for the dog friendliness of the place!!

Our room was very close to the elevator and you could hear people talking and walking by every now and again (it was Saturday night). The rooms don’t seem to be very soundproof. But seriously, all the great stuff about the hotel was much more important to us. We will surely come back!

Beautiful and cozy

Value for money for sure!!! The room was exactly like in photos and huge. Very nice, cozy and clean as well. The staff was kind and answered to our questions. Nice braekfast. The hotel is located in a neighbourhood with lots of new buildings and close to a tram that takes you straight to city center (just 3 stops away). In overall it totally worth it and if i visit the city again i will choose Fourside for my accomondation for sure.

If i had to find something negative i would say the breakfast was a bit expensive.
