If the price is right, we would book this hotel again.

The surroundings were very quiet. The room was very clean. Check-in was easy (note: the keypad is located to the right of the door – the keypad on the left side is not for this purpose). Parking in front of the building on the street was no problem – but you have to pay attention to the parking times.

The bed was placed next to the wall, so one person always had to crawl over the other side of the bed. The bed was more like a queen size and not as wide as we would have liked. The mattress was not as comfortable as we had expected. The wide bed frame made it difficult to get in and out of bed.

Bed next to wall so couldn’t get out of bed without disturbing husband. The panel at the bottom of the bed makes it worse. The room is large enough so don’t know why like this. Only one chair to sit on apart from dining chairs which was not comfortable so ended up sitting on bed Fridge comes on and off during the night so noisey Next door tv on wall vibrates onto wall so couldn’t sleep until they went to bed

Fabulous!

Amazing, brand new apartments with amenities and shops close by. Dimitra was great and helped us with all our questions. Love the location as it’s out of town with views of the mountains. Easy walk to the train which takes you to the city centre or out to the wineries. I would definitely stay here again !

Apartment was well-maintained and in a good, residential area of the city with good transport links.

The bed was very uncomfortable for two people, a new mattress is needed. The shower sprayed water all over the ceiling.

There was a big mixup with the credit card payment and I ended up being charged three times. As there was no one on site, this became challenging. Messaging through Booking solves the issue very promptly and refunds were issued accordingly.

We had a wonderful stay at Black F Tower. The apartment was very cozy, the view in the rooftop garden is awesome and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip!

The bed provided direct access to the room only for one person, since it was attached to the wall. The other person has to climb literally above the other.

The room was a wonderful oasis with comfortable beds, a great shower and a very nicely appointed kitchenette which we did not really use. There is a nice restaurant nearby and for drivers, there is parking and easy access to points on the city and beyond.

The family thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the Black F Tower. I would highly recommend it!

The tower was quite modern with all the latest equipment provided in the family suite. The view from the room was amazing as it was on the 12th floor. Rooms were clean and instructions were clear for using the facilities. The lift was quite fast and efficient taking you within seconds to the desired floor. The roof top on the 16th floor had an amazing view of Freiburg. The underground parking had very clear signs for Black F Tower customers who had previously reserved. The parking here was greatly appreciated especially in rainy weather conditions, car security and a feeling of 'arriving' home' after a long day!

For the underground parking, it would be great to have clear signs for Black F Tower customers arriving as nothing was shown and the Black F Tower Staff were contacted by phone for directions. The Family Suite bedroom had a metal/glass sliding door to close, however, with the kids sleeping on the sofa bed there was no privacy. It would be good to have blinds or curtains when closing the sliding doors. The light bulb directly above the table with the 4 chairs was a bit too low and family members kept bumping their heads when leaving the table. Otherwise everything was great!

Great stay for solo travelers

Very good location, excellent system for check in, restaurants, bakery and supermarket close by, nice view from balcony and roof terrace

The bed was uncomfortable as well as the bedding (pillows). I was traveling with my elderly mother, ithe bed was only accessible from one side which was ver inconvenient.

High standard hotel quality room for half the price. High standard furniture, fixtures & design. Fresh white linen and bedding. High quality kitchen amenities give you additional benefits for cooking a private meals. Nespresso coffee machine is delightful.

Reception area could be more lively. Maybe creates some activity capability e.g. Barista, Cafe, Internet Browser, Bar etc. Vending machine can offer milk, butter, coffee...essentials for cooking etc.

All in all very good value for money.

Beautifully designed. Best quality kitchen appliances, bed linens, towels and toileteries. Lovely view from the balcony with nice plants. Very spacious. It has everything you need for a short stay. Bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets round the corner.

The bed was kind of small for 2 big adults and the design of putting it next to the wall is not practical. The automatic check-in machines were not working properly but the hotel is new so it seems normal to have some issues at the beginning but we were lucky to see a staff who helped us check in out of check-in time.

A bit pricey for such a location. Tram is 12 minutes walk and there is not much variety of close cafes/restaurants. A grocery stores are 15 minutes walk.

I was spammed with a total of TWELVE emails for a 4-day stay Check-in required entering all personal info already provided for making the booking AGAIN into the worst terminal UX ever conceived Property doesn't have access to public transit nearby, and no Frelo rental bike station on site Wifi unusable for work, receptionist refused to acknowledge there was a problem, owner admitted to broken router but flat out ignored request for partial refund Got locked out of my room by their computer *while still checked in*, no receptionist present to handle this, technician was sent to the wrong place

Schöne Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Freiburg

Die Unterkunft ist prima gelegen in einem ruhigen Neubau-Viertel mit guter Anbindung zum Öffentlichen Nahverkehr - eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich unmittelbar vor der Unterkunft. Parkplätze stehen in der ruhigen Straße auch zur Verfügung, Restaurants, Geschäfte und diverse Bäckereien sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Apartment war sehr gemütlich, die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber.

Tolle Aussicht mit Schreck

Frühstück war nicht im Angebot. Das beste am Apartment ist/ war die Aussicht (9.Stock), sowie die Dachterrasse (16. Stock), wo wir das Silvesterfeuerwerk über Freiburg betrachten konnten :)) Apartment ist ausreichend groß und ausreichend möbliert, nett eingerichtet. Alles da an Inventar, was es braucht (bis auf Tabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine). Der Black F Tower hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Straßenbahnhaltestelle wenige Schritte entfernt.

Leider hatten wir in der Sivesternacht um ca. 1:40 h einen beängstigenden Feueralarm und mussten das Gebäude schnellstmöglich über das Treppenhaus verlassen. Bei Minustemperaturen mussten wir ca. 45 Min vor dem Gebäude ausharren, bevor die Feuerwehr das Gebäude wieder freigab, aber nicht die Aufzüge.... Also wieder Völkerwanderung zurück (9. Stockwerk) über das Treppenhaus... Die Silvesterfeier wurde hierdurch abruppt beendet und nach dem Einsatz, wieder zurück im Apartment, war an Nachtruhe nicht wirklich zu denken. Wir lagen angezogen im Bett... Das Französische Bett ist zu schmal (evtl. richtig für Liebespaare), hätten wir uns breiter gewünscht.
