Nothing. Rooms smelly and carpets very dirty. Had to change due to bad smell.

Rooms very dirty. And I went for breakfast day to check out. Was 9:30am they entered my room despite Do Not Disturb being hanged on the door.

We booked a baby bed but did not get one even after asking again and receiving a promise that we will get one. We had to pay extra for parking which was not stated before staying at the hotel. The staff were rather slow and relaxed in responding.

Subpar Experience at Hilton: A Call for Improvement

There is nothing to be impressed.

As a patron of the globally renowned Hilton hotel chain, one naturally expects impeccable service and unwavering support. However, my recent stay at a Hilton property left much to be desired. Upon discovering that the hair dryer in my room was non-functional, I promptly reached out to the reception for assistance. To my astonishment, I was informed that there were no available hair dryers for exchange or provision. This response was deeply perplexing, as one would assume a basic amenity such as a hair dryer would be readily accessible. The lack of alternatives, despite the possibility of spare hair dryers in other rooms or provided by the reception, left me utterly surprised and disappointed. Furthermore, the quality of breakfast offered fell below expectations, lacking the variety and standard one would anticipate from a hotel bearing the prestigious Hilton name. Additionally, despite prepayment for parking, I encountered an issue with the barrier upon departure, necessitating an inconvenient return to the reception for resolution. Despite providing my company details and requesting an invoice accordingly during check-in, this request was overlooked during check-out, resulting in further inconvenience and repetition of providing my business information. Moreover, the language barrier encountered with some receptionists who could only communicate in German hindered effective communication and detracted from the overall guest experience. Furthermore, the prolonged check-in and check-out processes, attributed to the operation of only one reception desk, led to extensive queues and wait times, reflecting a lack of efficiency and professionalism uncharacteristic of the Hilton brand. In summary, my experience at this Hilton establishment was marked by a series of disappointments and inconveniences, highlighting significant areas in need of improvement. Bad service ,not recommended to stay there

We order twin room with 2 beds. When we got to the hotel we got a room with a single bed. We were told they had a problem with orders and were overbooked.

Very small room for 3 ppl. I've stayed in other hotels with sofa beds and they were way more spacious. There was no space to keep 3 suitcases. The sofa bed for the 3rd person was very uncomfortable. It sank in the middle. The bathroom was good and clean. There was no food in the hotel restaurant after 6PM. The buffet breakfast was very standard. Nothing too great. The lobby was great! Location was decent.

Check in was terrible. Arrived at midnight and spent 30min waiting and there was only one client in front of me. Experienced staff just left the hotel during that time and whole hotel was left to one new hotel staff! Breakfast was great, but full seating area, hard to find a place to sit.

Reception staff was very accomodating in order to compensate for the delay in room cleaning (room was "clean" by 1715).

- We weren't informed in advance that there were delays in check in. - We booked a room for three people, but the sofa bed was neither made nor were there sheets on it. - There was a long, brown hair in the shower before anyone got to use the shower, made the cleaning job look shoddy.

The car park is not big enough, and was full when we arrived, so we ended up being advised to park in the car park of the bakery opposite - which worked out fine, but it felt a bit awkward.

One night stay, fit our needs.

Typical hotel. Clean, fine breakfast, easy to navigate. There was a nice playground right outside the door for our son to play in which was great. Decent pizzeria and grocery store about a 5 min walk from the property.

Far from the city but worked fine for us as we were just stopping through on a road trip.

Location is so so. Breakfast was great. Beds comfortable. Room and bathroom clean. Parking on site OK. Staff friendly. Outside was a bit messy, people left drink bottles in doorway at standing smoking area, not cleaned up in the morning.

Should have outside seating areas for smoking. Was expensive.
