Location although 10 minutes on tram into town & 5 minutes walk to tram stop hotel in a really nice area.Hotel itself absolutely fine with okay breakfast would gladly stay there again.

The location is superb! Although Google Map shows a little longer route - the hotel is actually very close to the tram station 'Eugen Martin Strase' which is well connected to the Freiberg central station and the rest of the city areas.
Even after charging such a hefty amount - no room cleaning was provided! No clean towels were given on Day 2!
In addition, right after checking in, we had to come back to the reception again as none of the keys worked for the room and we had to walk back to reception all the way from the room which was very far away from the lift area! The reception guy didn't even apologise and it felt like an intentional mistake!
