Good room but the staff need training.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk or 3 minute bus ride from the train station. They have a proper luggage room with receipt tags where we left our bags and went sightseeing for the day. The city center is a 20-25 minute walk away, partly along the river, or you can take the bus. The room was warm, quiet and clean with a comfortable bed and sofa. Nice bathroom and good hot shower. There was a kettle and tea/coffee but no fridge.

We arrived at the hotel in the morning and had requested an early check in but were told the room would not be ready until 3pm so we went sightseeing for the day. When we arrived back at the hotel in the evening to check in there were 2 staff members on duty but both of them were serving food and drink to other guests in the lobby and they just ignored us. Finally one of them condescended to start checking us in but then said we would have to wait because he was not authorised to collect the payment! It took them half an hour to finally check us in and give us our bags back and the key to our room.

Good place to spend a night if you want to visit Freiburg city.

basically only the price of the room, the parking is euro 18.00 per day, that is expensive but still ok, as thr town is over-crowded.

the staff, very rude and not willing to work, i cannot imagine if the whole hotel is fully booked...

They provided a crib for out baby

They let us to pay for the outiside parking 18 euros as the inside parking. When the indication to pay was only mentioned for the inside parkjng. They should be more clear next time as we could have found a parking alternative as outside was full of parking

Great stay in Freiburg

Comfortable and modern hotel with everything you may need during your stay in Freiburg. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was really good.

The parking access door was broken, so you had to enter the parking through the exit lane. Apart from that, the hotel was perfect.

Clean, but hot.

The hotel was very clean; in fact, it was spotless and shiny! The staff were professional and friendly. The location was great. The breakfast buffet was adequate - not very special, but adequate.

The A/C did NOT work. We had to sleep with our window open, and the loud, raucous, noisy behaviour of guests drinking outside until 2 or 3am on Sunday morning kept us awake all night. There was not enough parking spaces, and it did not see appropriate that we had to pay almost twenty euros for parking. The pillows were hard and flat.

Clean and tidy,...plenty of staff available to help in reception Breakfast was fresh & good choice. Bathroom ,eg shower was clean and functional.

Not enough food choice in the evening eg small bar food ..for late arrivals... Front side of hotel noisy at night if the window open...late 'drunk guest' returns...bit noisy..

Arrivederci Friburgo!

Posizionato su un grande viale in zona business ma per brevi soggiorni a Friburgo va bene in quanto il centro è raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di 15 minuti. La stanza accogliente, un bel bagno, pulito, staff cordiale. Siamo stati solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati bene.

Absolut totul, camera este luminoasă, personalul super dispus să te ajute, amplasarea e destul de aproape de gară și zona este destul de modernă.

Prosopul de baie primit la prima rezervare, îmi pare rău că nu i-am făcut o poză, era pur si simplu inutilizabil.

Extrem harte und ungemütliche Bettmatratzen. Das war der einzige negative Punkt, aber leider extrem wichtig. Ich würde deswegen nicht noch einmal buchen; ich habe kaum geschlafen.

Freiburg easy und immer gerne wieder hier!

Großartiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, die Lage ist super um alles in Freiburg zu erreichen, Busse vor der Tür, Tram in 6 min Gehweg, Leihfahrräder vor der Nase und von dem Güterbahnhof dahinter hört man gar nichts. Das Zimmer ist größer als erwartet, sogar mit Sitzecke.

Mir fehlen immer ein paar mehr Bügerl und Haken im Bad, aber auch generell sind Aufhängmöglichkeiten in Hotels immer rar....

Totul la superlativ

Camera e foarte luminoasă, suficient de spațioasă și foarte bine amplasată, fiind la 10 minute de gară.

Am primit un prosop absolut neutilizabil, era pur și simplu bucăți, dar cu toate acestea aș mai rezerva din nou la acest hotel, pentru că a fost singurul minus.

Die Matratze war sehr hart und das Zimmer schon etwas „in die Jahre gekommen“, so war beispielsweise die Gardine teils ab.

Netter Aufenthaltsbereich, Happy Hour mit 30% Rabatt von 17 - 19 Uhr.

Ich bekam zwei Einzelbetten anstatt einem Doppelbett, obwohl ich bei früheren Aufenthalten immer ein Doppelbett bekam, was bei 186 cm und 117 kg sicher angebracht ist. Die Preise richten sich nach der Anfrage. Früher habe ich etwa 76,00 Euro bezahlt , diesmal 114,00 Euro. Deshalb unbedingt rechtzeitig buchen, da das Zimmer auch storniert werden kann.

Tolles Hotel und Preisleistung stimmt

Gute Lage..ca 20 min zu Fuss bis zur Altstadt. Bahnhof auch 10 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück und gemütlicher Frühstücksraum. Zimmer sehr sauber und Betten bequem. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen.

Zimmer sehr warm und man konnte das Fenster nur kippen.

Sehr gute Lage nur ein paar Minuten von einer Bahnstation weg. Zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt auch gut zu erreichenm Mit dem Auto kommt man durch eine große Straße sehr gut an. Sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung. Fenster halten jeglichen Lärm draußen

Mit offenem Fenster kann man leider nicht Schlafen- zu laut wegen Bahnen. Wurde sehr oft morgends gefragt wann wir gehen, obwohl auscheck Zeit bis 12 ist- also eher früher gehen.

Sehr schöne Zimmer Nettes Personal Sehr gutes Frühstück Bequeme Betten Lage ganz gut zu Innenstadt und Bahnhof etwa je 1km Kaffee und Tee auf Zimmer Alles in Allem auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung

De locatie, niet ver lopen naar het centrum en de prijs

Kamer was mega heet. Airco deed het niet en we zaten aan de trein kant dus het raam open zetten had ook geen zin i.v.m het geluid. Uiteindelijk maar 2 uur slaap gehad

Übernachtung naja, frühstücken besser in der nahen Umgebung

Blick zum Rangierbahnhof, aber das kann man bei einer Nacht verschmerzen. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer - auch bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt nötig. Lichtquellen im Bad zum Schminken ungeeignet. Frühstück überteuert, um 9:00 Uhr wurde frischer Speck gebracht-auf die Frage ob nochmal Rührei kommt, hieß es nein, das ist aus!
