Breakfast over priced although very generous, but you need at least an hour to take advantage of all on offer, so offer a small breakfast for a third of the inflated price offered.
Have safes in the room , not at reception, Receotion staff in evening consists of one on competant person who tales long minutes to read the screen to reply to questions. Waited more than 3 times for longer than O min to queue up before agent finished with other customers….

Conveniently located close to transport hubs. Comfortable room, well equipped bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good choice of meals served in the bar.
A minor complaint that check-in was slow. Really needed a second person on Reception. However, check-out in the morning was excellent.

Location is good and the room was clean.
The staff. Their attitude that they are doing the guests a favour by doing their jobs is ridiculous. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this hotel beyond a short stay of a couple of days. And a weird thing, which I have never experienced before in any hotel, was the room given to me being wide open when I went up to it after check-in. As a solo female traveller that did not inspire confidence in the safety of the establishment.
