great hotel .. the location is super close to the city and the main train station. many restaurants and coffee shops around parking garage underground the hotel with discounted rate from 28 to 18 euro per night.

Empty mini-fridge. Water (500ml carton at room temperature) is only supplied on the 1st night. For €200 per night they could replenish drinking water daily as part of the 'deal'.

Great location and service

Location was very near the train where you can access breakfast options. In fact there is an organic supermarket and a DM store just next to the hotel.

It’s abit of a walk into the old town but no big issue if you don’t mind the walking. You can hop onto a tram as well.

Really nice hotel right next to Freiberg Altstadt

Good location just outside of the old town. Great underground parking with plenty of electrical recharge points, with direct access to the hotel lifts. Clean and tidy room, with a very comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Breakfast was available over an extended time period, and there was a good selection of items to choose from. Very friendly staff at reception.

Modern Hotel, very well located and very clean. Great staff! Only missing a better GYM.

1) Modern building and facilities. Right "on the spot", close to city center (3 min walk) and Train Station (1 min Walk). 2) Great Breakfast (expensive) and very gentle and professional staff. 3) Rooms have windows which open partially, what´s good give the fact that sometimes windows are sealed. 4) Perfect underground parking, at ~15 EUR/day when a hotel guest. Very convenient, spacious, clean and with EV chargers if needed. Extremely convenient in a town where parking on the streets is a nightmare.

1) Gym is very poor! Not bad for cardio, with 2 threadmills, 1 step and 1 bike, however its vary bad for weight exercises. Only some dumbbells and 1 bench. Definitely a CROSS OVER station and a second bench are missing. 2) Breakfast good but quite expensive (~ 40EUROS!!!).

Excellent location, close to the railway station and Christmas markets

Excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk from the railway station and very close to the fantastic Christmas markets. Very good breakfast selection with English translation, unfortunately we are very small breakfast eaters so could not do it justice.

Told on arrival that the restaurant was closed from the 20th December until the 26th even though according to booking.com it was open for the duration of our stay and still said it was open whilst we were there! Very disappointing since that was the reason why we booked that particular hotel. A great deal of difficulty accessing the internet, said that I was connected but nothing would download. It took 3 hotel staff members to eventually get access to the internet on my tablet.

After telling the staff about the room I got another room to sleep in for the first night and from the second night I moved to another room which was perfect. I really appreciate the staff for their quick solution.

The first room I was in the air conditioning did not work and the shower head did not have a good stream.

location, beds, staff were nice

because of a football game, my friday night stay was three times the normal price (i paid nearly 600 euros for one night for a basic room). with no spa and no real amenities, this is OUTRAGEOUS!!!! you aren't a four seasons, st. regis or a hotel in the maldives. do better!
