The breakfast buffet was great, the person at the buffet very friendly. The location is great, just one block away from public parking (with reduced rate) and old town. The rooms very tidy.
I would rather rate it as a 3 star hotel or 3 star plus. The rooms were tidy, but they were small. So the value was rather average. The person at the front desk did not seem to be very motivated.

We had a fantastic, most pampering time in Victoria hotel, its environmental consciousness is impressive. The location in the city centre and within a walkable distance from the station is also a great advantage, the breakfast delicious (range of choice beyond average) and staff always welcoming.

It is an old hotel, nicely refurbished with modern and comfortable rooms (bathrooms a little squeezed but very modern); the breakfast room is very beautiful and the staff serving breakfast nice and helpful.
The staff at the reception is a little cold and does not seem to have been trained for the job; not unfriendly but just not friendly; and I speak of two different staff. They seem a little unconcerned by the clients, they are helpful but a smile does not harm..
