Just okay.

Easy to get luggage in and out with wide stairs and hallways. Bedding is nice and was clean and comfortable.

Their site says parking is available but no mention of there being a charge to park. Staff was very unhelpful in clarifying this after the fact and said they could make suggestions on where to park, but never did. The hallway carpet was filthy as was one wall by the kitchen table. Shower slide does not stay up so that needs to be fixed.

Good and affordable stay

The rooms were very spacious and clean, the checkin process was fast and when I had to talk to the support they answered me very quickly. I would recommend for anyone who is looking to stay in this area of Freiburg

Our bedroom door was broken and we couldn't really close it. We only stayed for two nights so they couldn't come fast enough to solve the problem. When I tried to report the problem their website was not working properly so I needed to talk to them through the booking website.

High quality stay in Freiburg

Everything is new in the rooms, it looks super well maintained and they put a lot of effort into making it a nice experience. I liked the self checkin procedure and that also that there was proactive communication by the Arbio team via the booking chat. They were always nice and wanted us to have a good experience. The bus stop is right in front of the building and you can reach the main station in around 25 mins (taking the bus)

The room was a bit small, we stayed for a week and it felt a bit cramped, but the terrace made up for it.

It’s not worth the headache

There is a small kitchen available

The local cleaning team is very rude and unprofessional. I complained about it, hoping for a resolution, and the guest services team never got back to me. False promises and taking more time than what’s really acceptable. I think it’s been almost 2 weeks now and I don’t have a response yet.

Apartment not suitable for summer.

The apartment has everything you need.

They're not ready for summer. It was hot and they don't have air conditioning or fans. We haven't been able to sleep well in four days. It was a sauna. The internet doesn't work on TV and they don't have local channels either. So it is absolutely useless.

There was a door broken in the bedroom… like completely off the hinges standing next to the dresser. Not sure how it was ok to let people stay in the apartment with such a damage.

Short Smart stay

It was clean, the bed was comfortable. My room was on the ground floor and the bus stop was right outside the property! The appliances were Modern and they functioned well. Everything was automatic and I did not have to interact with anyone, sometimes one likes that! It has an edeka nearby.

It was far away from the city centre and it takes 30 mins to get to the city centre or any other connections.

A good stay.

Everything was as described! Bus stop and grocery store close by.

I had a special request for parking and it was not taken into account from the beginning. It was resolved at the accommodation. For the access card, the amount retained as a guarantee is too high!

Disappointing experience

Overall apartment was okay. Bed was comfortable, apartment was clean. There was small kitchenette which was very important for us.

First of all they tried extra charge us and after many back and force they didn't. Just watchout as Booking informed us they shouldn't charge. Kitchen has no ventilation, therefore be ready to extra smell at the room. Checkin process was fully digital and a bit confusing, we couldn't register second card somehow. The room had no extra towels, just 1 set for 1 person. We had to go to basement and take extra towels for both.

It was nice, clean and there was available parking and Jana was really helpful. My family enjoyed the stay. Location was also quiet. There is a bit of walk but we did not mind it

Not recommended

Building is new.

Mostly I didnt like that there was suppose to be a washing machine according to the amenties, but there wasnt. Instead there was a public landry in the building. Then about the self checkin, it is not easy and there is no one to communicate with. They didnt answer phone, messages, only after one day. The smell in the room is bad, somthing like strong glue or other chemical.

Comfortable stay in Freiburg

The property is very clean and all the amenities are provided . The communication with the staff was very smooth and easy.

The location is a bit far from city centre and also the shops are not very close to the property.

Ok but quite expensive

There were supermarkets on walking distance and it was easy to get to Freiburg centre. The room was clean and comfortable. It was really nice to have a kitchen as well. There is free parking across the street, and we were quite lucky there was space, it fills up very fast.

Sadly we experienced sound disturbance our whole stay. There was a child just screaming loudly every day on the floor below us and it woke us up in the morning several times. When complaining about it nothing could be done. We also had some extremely hot nights because we had to close the doors so we wouldn't choke on the smoking of our neighbours at 2 am. Our neighbours also ate dinner after midnight a few times on the balcony which was quite annoying.

Spacious and clean

Only one bathroom, no air conditioning, no house keeping or cleaning services, and construction around the area blocking all access to the location and we haven’t been notified or updated with a google map that can get us to the location without spending two hours looking for it

Superb

Everything was clean and eco-friendly, bed is comfortable, balcony is great addition. Plus I like the smell of the soap. We slept well :)

Pleasant stay

Self check in option is really good. You can feel a home stay emotion. Nearby Edeka is the source of utilisation of in-room kitchen. It can be directly accessible from train station by 14 no bus .

Opening of Entrance door should have instructions. It can be opened after pulling twice in a way. Otherwise new guest would think that wrong entrance code has been given.

Good property with kitchen

Everything. The room size is good enough, the dining area is very big. Jana was great to help us with all the questions, and she speaks really good English.

Nothing major, but property should offer a small amount of salt, pepper, and sugar in apartments. Although, we can buy it from nearby supermarket but then we need to carry it along with us back to the home.
