Very nice place for a short stay in Freiburg

Nice bad and breakfast for a stay at Breisgau - parking is included and the area is rather nice. There is a nice view from the room, yet due to the weather we had not much of it. Breakfast is decent, yet you as a guest have an option to have some food - and the good one too - at the restaurant below (they have own wine!!!). The rooms are fine, nothing special, yet all you need for a short stay. The Ladies working there are very nice and helpful!!! Recomended if you are in the corner - also about 20 minutes nice walk to the Munster or you can take a tram near by.

Missing elevator in the building - yet the stairs are bright and no problems with the luggage carry if you fancy such things. Otherwise nothing negative.

Great value for money - you really get more than what you pay for. It is the cheapest accommodation in the Freiburg area. Breakfast is filling and have some varied choices. Room is very clean and staff is very accommodating.

Location is a bit outside the city, but it is very quiet and great for a good night's sleep. Fan in the summer might be very ideal.

Quaint building, friendly staff, some disappointments

Since I was looking for a venue just outside Freiburg where I could leave my car the next day, this hotel was just what I wanted. There was no charge for parking, and the facilities were mostly adequate. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The facility is quite dated, with many things that have not been well kept up (stiff bathroom fixtures, no tightening screw on the shower head), and there was more dust, stains, and scratches than desired. The biggest issue was the very inconsistent WIFI, which really didn't work at all in the evening (it was fine the next morning).

Clean room. Silent environment. Effective organisation and a excellent breakfast. Very good value for the money. The surrounding area is very nice. A stay not only for business would be good in this hotel. Next time I would take it again

Booked the room & arrived late yet they we really accommodating. There is a restaurant downstairs and they even managed to conjure up dinner!

The breakfast was very good. Restaurant is open in the evening too. Free parking outside and secure in the back if you are e.g. with a motorbike.

The hotel opens at 17.00 hrs. If you are earlier, you can ring at the night entrance. No elevator. The room was a double room which I used as a single room. The pillow war far too big. The bathroom was spacious and shower was in the bathtub. The furniture is coming into the years. The internet was nearly non-existing in the room. No water in the room (the tab water is most probably drinkable but it was very hot during my stay).

Location was a bit far from the city but it was okay. Very friendly staff.

The WiFi was horrible. Maybe because we were on the very top floor. We were able to connect but then nothing would come through.

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Lage des Hauses in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist toll.

Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings in der 3.Etage ohne Aufzug.

Freundliches, gemütliches Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre und gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Gute Lage, sehr ruhig, mit ÖPNV und PKW gut erreichbar. Eigene Gratis-Parkplätze! Ausstattung schlicht und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionell, praktisch und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet Standardklasse, jedoch sehr guter Kaffee (wird serviert). Gutes bis sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

Der Frühstücksraum war (im Januar) recht kühl.

Toller Ort für Hotel-Nostalgie-Fans

Tolles Frühstück, saubere Zimmer Für mich als Nostalgie-Fan war es ein einzigartes Erlebnis. Wer Moderne sucht sollte diesen Ort besser meiden.

Bei der Eingabe des Preises wurde vom Hotel scheinbar ein zahlendreher verursacht, der einen günstigeren Preis wie auf der Website des Hotels verursachte worauf ich es freilich über Booking dann buchte. Da man aber nur Barzahlung vorort im Hotel akzeptiert wird wurde mir keine Entschuldigung dafür geliefert weshalb ich dann den üblichen Preis wie auf der Webseite vom Hotel zu bezahlen hatte. Da aber selbst der übliche Preis ein fast unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Freiburg bietet habe ich es ohne weiteres akzeptiert.

Persoonlijke gastvrijheid, comfort en schone kamer, rustige omgeving en goede verbinding met de tram naar het centrum. Gunstige prijs terwijl je alles ter beschikking hebt wat nodig is.

Weinig, extra kussen om wat rechter op te zitten bij boek lezen of tv kijken.

Täydellistä hotellimajoituspalvelua lemmikin kanssa kulkeville, mitä voisi toivoa.

Aamiainen oli hyvä, siisteystaso hotellissa laadukas, henkilökunta on asiallinen ja osaava. Koiramme viihtyi myös huoneessa. Autolle löytyi helposti parkkipaikka hotellin omalta parkkipaikalta, mitä oli oli molemmin puolin hotellia.

Abgewohnt aber für Transfer-Übernachtungok

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

2 Einzelzimmer gebucht und ein Doppelzimmer erhalten, obwohl im Hotel nichts los war. Vermutlich wollte man sich die Reinigung eines Zimmers sparen da wir nur 1Nacht da waren.

Belle auberge, joliment décoré, très bon petit dejeuner. Possibilité de se garer facilement. A environ 20 mn en tram du centre ville. Chambre grande et propre.

Personnel pas vraiment accueillant et chaleureux avec nous, oreiller pas très confortable, pas de shampoing.

Wir waren auf einem Roadtrip und benötigten nur ein Nacht. Die Unterkunft hatte ein nostalgischen Touch, aber sauber. Wir waren relativ spät eingetroffen und bekamen noch etwas zu essen. Das Personal war freundlich und auskunftsbereit. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.

Hotel pension situado en un barrio residential de casitas alejado del centro muy tranquilo. Tienen restaurante con varias salas. El desayuno muy bueno. EL personal amable. Parking exteriro si quedan plazas. Habitacion y wc correctos.

No hay ascensor . Alejado del centro.
