Kind staff, clean room.

Breakfast was good, not so much choice but wat was available was very good. Fresh bread, many drinks. Very kind staff and good parking possibilities.

There should be airconditioning in the room but that doesn’t work at all. Only flows the air. It was bloody hot during the night. We had a room at the street side of the hotel. Because of the heat we had the windows open but the traffic was sometimes loud so unfortunately we didn’t sleep very well.

Clean, Comfortable and location was really nice

Breakfast was really nice. Room was comfortable enough. Lot of Parking space with charging points for EVs as well.

We would have liked a kettle. But still they provided hot water in flasks even in the middle of the night. Power supply was out one day, though they had notified us in advance.

The staffs were friendly and the room was very clean. I travelled with my kid and they put the baby bed before the checkin.

- Very nice hotel, efficient staff, free parking (which is a must considering how expensive paying parking is in this part of Germany). 100% recommended. Restaurante agradable.

Great staff, very relaxed stay.

The staff were super nice and welcoming. Everybody was friendly through out my whole stay, including the cleaning personal. It really helped me feel welcome and at home after a long drive. And I really liked the bed! The pillows and blankets were perfect!

In a way it's a little bit old (fashion) style hotel, not perse a bad thing, but that's good to know.

Hotel is not located in the city center however the area is quiet which is a plus should you wish to avoid the noise and traffic. Generous breakfast, good value.

Great stay with a lovely dinner

This hotel gave us a large, nicely decorated room with ensuite bathroom. It was chosen due to proximity to a meeting the next morning, but is a bit outside of Freiburg am Breisgau. There is a restaurant in the building which was very nice for dinner. Parking was free. The building was reminiscent of the older German hotels, but it was in great shape.

The staff was great, and the facilities are excellent - great shower and nice room.

The pillow was not comfortable at all (I'm aware that this is a personal preference). Also in the morning, it was quite noisy from the hallway.
