Sleepless due to no sound dampening

Good bed, nice staff & pleasant soap

No noise limitation from the hallway. It was possible to hear everything very clearly from the room. Which on a Saturday night turned into a sleepless night …. Please add sound dampening elements for the hallway and reduce the gaps between room and hallway.

That place is absolutely NOT a hotel — calling it one is an insult to actual hotels. It’s more like a glorified hostel at best. I booked a room for two nights with my father, specifically asking for separate beds, and what did we get? Two so-called “beds” jammed together, barely 5 centimeters apart — might as well call it a double bed and stop pretending otherwise. And the shower situation? Ridiculous. The shower is literally inside the room, not in a separate bathroom. So yes, you have to strip down right there in the room to take a shower. And to make it even worse, the shower door is completely transparent! Meaning one of us had to leave the room every time the other wanted to shower. Who thought that was a good idea?! The “bathroom” doesn’t even have a sink. You have to come out into the room just to wash your hands. As for storage — there’s no wardrobe, just a pathetic little hanger that can barely hold two coats. Nowhere to put your luggage or clothes. Early check-in? €15 per person for a measly 3 hours earlier — what a joke. The self-check-in system doesn’t even work properly, so good luck with that. The entire place looks neglected, with spiderwebs everywhere, paper-thin walls, and you can hear every sound from neighboring rooms. When I complained, the staff had the nerve to say, “This used to be an Ibis two years ago, we’re still remodeling, nothing we can do.” Are you kidding me? Then stop charging hotel prices for something that’s barely functional! This was a complete scam and a total disappointment from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even for one night. Extremely overcharged.

Disappointing

The bed was comfy. They have a bike sharing station in front of the hotel which I realized on day 2. That one is super helpful when you travel without a car!

Wouldn't stay here again. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and with public transport it's not easy to reach during the weekend. Also there is no restaurant, café, nothing near by... The shower is in the room! This was a room for up to 3 people...wouldn't fancy to shower in front of my friends if you travel not alone or with your partner(s). Internet connection was only open wifi so I couldn't even work. Also it was blocking my vpn connection. In the room there was also very little space for storing your stuff or doing something else. The room was very expensive while I was there and it was a disappointment all along.
