The room was good, clean and well equiped.

Not bad for short stays

Kind personnel and a good breakfast. Position not too bad. Very good mattress

Pillows are terrible and shower and hair dryer were just tepid (I was at the 4th floor) and now in winter after an entire day of cold I'd really would like to take a super hot shower and hair dryer

A GOOD VALUE CHOICE IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was enjoyable. The room was a reasonable size. The breakfast was very good. It was at the terminus of the tram line so the ride into the centre of Freiburg and the Christmas markets was very easy (about 20 minutes). It was very good value. Parking was available.

A bit of a trek into town, but it's 2 mintes from the end of a tram line, so access to the centre is easy!

Offers basic hotel needs.

It is a basic hotel. No frills. No bar or restaurant. Breakfast was good. The rooms are small and show a lot of wear and tear. Clean but well used. It is a business area so no places around to eat or shop. A place to sleep for one night. Parking and wifi were free . Parking lot secure. The clients were from every age group.

The location is not near anything. But public transportation right next door.

Great hotel - Enjoyed our stay.

We always stay with B&B when we travel through Germany and Belgium. This one was great, and had all the facilities that you'd expect from the brand. Really comfortable and had a great night's sleep.

Location was easy to get to the town, but you do have to get the tram. Luckily the tram stop is right next to the hotel.

Just what we needed. Great value for money. Nice breakfast, perfectly clean throughout and helpful family rooms with bunk beds, air conditioning very welcome.

Location is a bit out of town - which is worth a visit, very pretty. Tram line seems to be under reconstruction so you need to drive into town.

the property was in a good location and was a good value.

The shower wouldn’t drain and I was too tired to go to change rooms, so I pulled up the strainer and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Disturbing how disgusting it was! I washed my hands for a long time after. They need to train their cleaning staff better.

Acceptable

Located in a quite region with train and bus station nearby. We have a good view from our window. The room was clean.

Self-check in after 22:00, the system was not very user-friendly. A little bit concern about the safety with password lock. Not a cheap option considering its location and facility. And the pillow was too soft to be comfortable.

I found hole on the sheet-change it. Shelves near bed was dirty -with dust Carpet also wasn't clean. Toilet was not clean,had some smell Windows near big road-noisy. Location is not good far from center. My recommendations: clean up better and not left destroyed sheet. If there be kettle- very need for small travel.

we used this as stop over on journey back. the hotel was well located close to highway, simple friendly check in and comfortable clean for one night

Drinks and snacks in vending machine seemed a little cheap but the beer was cold so no real complaints.
