Good for driving to Freiburg

Very easy to drive to, and with a huge parking lot at reasonable rates. In the middle of the clinic campus and close to the university. Also walkable to the central train station, along with the main tourist areas. Very nice room and lobby with restaurant and bar. There's a bakery/coffee shop about 100 meters away, and several shops (grocery, pharmacy, etc). When we needed to leave luggage, they kept it in a back room behind the desk, so it was secure. Large, multilingual staff.

Breakfast was expensive, so we didn't try it. Otherwise all was good!

A very nice hotel. Rooms very comfortable. Really comfortable beds. I liked the location, regular trams at the door, into town. The food was incredible! Both dinner and amazing breakfast. So much choice, all delicious. They clearly have very good chefs.

The restaurant staff in the main dining room not friendly at all. We arrived having not booked, to an empty restaurant and scolded for not booking. Ridiculous. The short blond chap was awful. Needs to learn how to be welcoming.

We had a lovely 2-night stay in this stylish and comfortable hotel near the university.

The signage for where to park when you enter should be more clear. We don’t realize we could pull up to the front door to drop off our bags.

Clean, fantastic position to go to Messe conference center, hotel in front of tram station, large room, care to small things, breakfast very good and largely home made, beautiful garden,

I arrived at 23:00 and waited 20 min to have my key printed because of a problem to the software.

Easy to arrive via tram, clean, great bed and shower, good size of room, staff very helpful.

We had could not have a double bed and got tween bed instead, but that is a monor issue.

Good place to stay in Freiburg

Comfortable hotel. Big room, quiet and clean. There was no carpet and everything looked tidy. Free water in the room.. Clean bathroom and good toiletries. Well located. Overall a good place to stay for a short visit in Freiburg.

We didn't have breakfast but 20 per person sounded a bit too expensive. Otherwise all good

Extremely welcoming staff, Perfect parking garage under the hotel, surprisingly good restaurant and room with all amenities. Perfect for a stopover. Or a few days. And management: place better pictures of the rooms on Booking.com: the actual rooms are much better than shown on the pictures!

Very classy and comfortable hotel

Although the tram is just out on the front door it is quite a ride into the Altstadt. If you visit the university clinic, then it the perfect location

excellent and spacious rooms, great staff, hotel is located a 20 minutes walk to the old town, but it’s really easy with tram (who stops opposite the hotel) to visit the old town, tickets available at hotel reception.

Beautiful new hotel with excellent service.

Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Front-desk staff is very knowledgeable and eco-friendly. We were directed to the "free on weekends" trams directly to the old city. Our room was fabulous. Parking is onsite for a fee, and convenient to use.

Our stay was overall satisfactory except for the inconvenience of switching rooms.

Decent location and good size rooms.

We had an issue with an unpleasant odor in our room. When brought to their attention, they did switch us to an alternative room.
