Enjoyable

The service, the location was perfect. The food in the restaurant was delicious so was the wine.

It was hot in our room during the night. I missed an air conditioner. There was a small fan which helped a bit.

Great for a good night of sleep

The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed which was ideal for sleeping before the Freiburg Marathon. Everything was very comfortable. Would recommend.

good hotel in nice neighbourhood

comfortable room and helpful freindly staff. good location for getting to the old town once you get the hang of the tram system. location in a quiet residential street

i did request a quiet room so was given a room on the top floor. only problem with this was you could hear the continous noise from the nearby motorway. also, just had s hower over the bath rather than a walk in shower - but that is just my personal preference

Great location, especially for travellers. Beatiful design in rooms. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Just a tram-ride away from the city center.

Pleasant hotel and brilliant restaurant

Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately we don't speak German so Nyla was on hand to translate the menu for us and she was brilliant.,she took plenty time to answer questions and to suggest options. A very helpful and pleasant member of staff. Food was amazing. Breakfast next morning was also very good and again staff were very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and restaurant. A short walk to the tram stop.

The food was good, the service was friendly, but the noise makes a good night’s sleep impossible.

I liked the outfits of the ladies at the reception desk.

In general very pleasant, but disappointed with the 'over charge' for dinner

The room was more than satisfactory, had an excellent balcony with a great view. In the restaurant the waiting staff were extremely pleasant, but somehow the waiting and kitchen staff managed to bring us something we didn't order and was more expensive. I was charged the higher price as though the fault was mine.
